"I had a few issues--grass was not cut nor weeds in beds in back not pulled.Pool was clean and ready for use which was awesome!We found a lot of the dishes not clean--air fryer had to be soaked to get clean and also a fry pan. Glass dishes seemed to be greasy so we put through dish washer before use.The screen on the door to patio was ripped and torn and very hard to open/close.Used cakes of soap and a used toothbrush was in downstairs bathroom which none of us used or put there. "We were greeted by the kind staff at the front when we checked in. Lucky for us, they upgraded our room at no extra cost, much appreciated! We had a beautiful room with an amazing city view. Housekeeping was very kind and always took care of our room. The room and hotel itself was quite clean. The pool was maintained well. Very much appreciated the gentleman who was consistent in testing the pool water. The gym as well was quite nice for a hotel gym. The hotel is super close to the 2 main metro lines, which made it very convenient for us who were relying on public transit. Overall, we had an amazing experience and I would definitely come back to this hotel if I ever go back to Montreal!"
