Peaceful and with sea views: ideal for a relaxing getaway. • 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with sea views and panoramic views of Pain de Sucre, Îlet Cabrit, and Basse-Terre • Private parking with electric vehicle charging point • Access via a 100-step staircase • Villa not accessible to people with reduced mobility • Living area: terrace, kitchen, toilet • Sleeping area: 2 bedrooms and a shower room with toilet on the ground floor; a mezzanine upstairs with a lower roof pitch than a standard bedroom • An outdoor shower room with sink and nighttime lighting The ground floor and mezzanine are accessible. The basement is not accessible. We do not live on site. Our concierge service will welcome you to the villa and will remain available during your stay. Villa equipped with a city water cistern.
