Idéales vacances reposantes

Agréable jardin au calme tout peut se faire à pied baignade nage avec les poissons ravitaillement petites randonnées visite de l ile. Même cuisiner est agréable car tout se fait à l extèrieur sous un grand préau. Et de plus propriétaires très chaleureux. Je vous recommande vivement cette location

Très bien

à distance raisonnable de marche du centre, (20 minutes) et surtout avant les grandes côtes, ce qui est rare aux saintes. Christian est très sympathique une fois sur place, par contre, pour ce qui est de la communication avant d'arriver, c'était zéro. J'ai tenté de lui écrire 2 semaines avant notre arrivée à plusieurs reprises à savoir comment se rendre et autre question, mais sans réponse. Il ne doit pas être très internet, mais quand même. Une chance que le chauffeur de taxi savait c'était qui christian et cécile. Lit très confortable, air climatisé. Cuisine bien équipée. Par contre, éclairage au néon dehors, ca manquait de charme un peu. En règle générale, je conseille cet endroit. Christian est même venue nous porter au village la dernière journée sans frais, car le seul taxi de l'ile était tout réservé.

Superbe prestation

La maison est top ! De beaux espaces, un très beau jardin, une belle prestation dans un lieu exceptionnel. En plus, M. Caille est très serviable. Il nous a même dépanné : nous avions oublié un cadeau de Noël sur place et M. Caille nous l’a gentiment renvoyé au bateau du lendemain. Merci encore !

Tout y est: appartement très spacieux, terrasse immense donnant sur le grand jardin joliment aménagé. Équipement complet, au calme à 10 mn du centre. Et ambiance générale très sympa, grâce à Christian, son épouse et l apéro couleur locale. Encore merci.

un endroit adorable

Nous avons passé 7 jours dans un chalet de Mr Caille, en famille avec 2 enfants et avons adoré l'endroit, le terrain est magnifique, la literie neuve et confortable, le wifi sur place gratuit est super pratique, nous reviendrons sans hésitation, et encore merci a Christian et son épouse

location parfaite

la location est très bien situé sur terre de haut,a coté des plages et peu éloigné du centre. le bungalow est joliment décoré avec une belle salle de bain(douche a l'italienne) dans un jardin agréable,je voyais la mer de mon bungalow; a coté il y a un restaurant très sympathique et bon,et un club de plongée.les propriètaires sont très acceuillants,j'y retournerai volontier si je reviens aux Saintes

Lieu propice à la détente...

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine. La location était conforme au descriptif, très confortable, très propre et le jardin propice à la détente... La location est située un peu en dehors du centre mais le calme y est appréciable et le centre est facilement accessible à pied. Si vous aimez les petits chiens, Minnie et son petit Titi vous raviront !!! Merci à M.Caille pour son accueil autour d'un ti-punch et pour ses excellentes bananes !!!!!! Si nous revenons aux Saintes, nous reviendrons vous revoir....

Insalubre

Draps et serviettes non changés et matelat et sommier remplis d'acariens: le résultat est que toutes les nuits ces insects font des micro-piqures dans les jambes qui brûlent et qui s'infectent. De plus la location, entourée d'animaux, est remplie également de moustiques et de fourmis qui ajoutent des piqures classiques qui démangent. L'unique citerne des 4 logements est trop petite: lors des coupures d'eau, il n'y a donc pas d'eau dans la location, contrairement à d'autres logements aux Saintes qui ont des citernes suffisantes. Il n'y a pas de produit pour nettoyer et si la propreté finale n'est pas assurée, il y a des frais de nettoyage additionnels. Le logement est excentré par rapport à la plus belle plage de Pompierre, au fort Napoléon, et au centre du village (loin des restaurants, alimentations, poste, banque...2km, 40min A/R à pieds avec les sacs sous la châleur),. De plus la porte coulissante d'entrée ferme mal, et la fille du propriétaire dans le logement adjacent inspecte la terrasse et la cuisine lors des absences. Le propriétaire ne reçoit pas les gens à l'arrivée, il n'est pas souples avec les arrivées des bâteaux qui ne correspondent pas aux horaires de location imposée, et il ne se présente essentiellement que pour encaisser l'argent. Je déconseille très fortement cette location très chère, car il y a d'autres locations dans le bourg qui sont meilleur marché et plus propre.

C'était génial

Un petit coin de paradis, idéalement placé, doté d'un charme fou dans un joli jardin face a la petite terrasse de l'appartement hyper bien conçu et à 2 pas de plage. Merci a mr Caille pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et ce séjour inoubliable. Caresse a mini la ptite chienne.

Accueil du propriétaire très sympathique. Location spacieuse, confortable, très propre, au calme et reposante. A deux pas : restaurants et plage. Lits très confortables, cuisine bien équipée, grande salle de bains avec douche à l'italienne. Séjour aux Saintes plus qu'agréable, très bon rapport qualité/prix. Retenons cette location et la recommandons aux amis et à la famille.
