Wonderful place to stay ! Filippo was very accommodating and helped to make the stay special. His baked goods were a wonderful treat the next morning. Location is great for walk through town square and the beach. We found the town quaint and actually more enjoyable than Palermo.

I was only able to spend 1 night at TerraSole Bakery B&B, but it was an exceptional stay. The room was clean and cozy, with a refrigerator, tea kettle, and complimentary snacks and drinks. The owner, Filippo, is attentive, welcoming, and very kind. Breakfast consisted of many homemade cakes, fruit, and coffee. For an additional fee, Filippo provided car service to/from the airport. I loved my stay at the B&B and I highly recommend this property! Thank you, Filippo!

We stayed in Terrasini primarily to be close to the airport for an early flight. It is a short, 12 minute drive to the Palermo airport. Filippo and his family were very warm and attentive hosts. Nice room and terrific balcony space. Terrasini is a colorful community; only wished we had more time to explore it.

The bed and breakfast is located in a charming town near both the airport and the sea, making it easy to explore local shopping and dining options. The rooms and facilities are clean and provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. Easy parking. Easy to walk everywhere. Terrasole is owned by Filippo, who is assisted by two women with breakfast and housekeeping. All three staff members are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Filippo enjoys baking, so breakfast is always a delightful experience. Everything he serves, from the pastries to the homemade preserves, is simply delicious. I highly recommend this place and will definitely book a stay again in the future.

Terrasole is a great B&B located in the centre of town. Filippo is a kind and generous host. We were able to get an early breakfast so we could catch our flight. The cakes Filippo makes were tasty. We had the fig pie and and the almond cake. The room we had was modern, clean and comfortable and had a small terrace. The breakfast area is in a patio with bougainvillea growing on a lattice above. Quiet and beautiful.

Contemporary room, in a great location, fab host

We only stayed one night to catch a flight the following morning. The place was absolutely gorgeous, tastefully furnished, modern and contemporary with attention to detail. A kettle for tea in the room, with little extras as crisps and Prosecco as welcome. Not to forget the delicious home made breakfast. Highly recommend also for longer stays.

freshly bake muffins for breakfast

We stayed here for 2 nights, place has its own onsite (street) parking, clean and spacious room. Filippo and staff are very hospitable and helpful, Breakfast was amazing as its freshly bake. The place is close to the center where the restaurants and beachside is walkable. Just make sure to have cash in hand for payment. Overall if we go back to Palermo a good place to stay.

My husband & I chose to stay here the night before our flight from Palermo airport because it was convenient. But this B&B was more than just convenient. The room was comfortable and up to date, and the breakfast was fabulous. Filippo is a wonderful host and takes great pride in his delicious homemade cakes. There were 5 cakes (!!) offered for breakfast, as well as fruits and other options. Filippo was very communicative in the week before our reservation, trying to pin down our arrival time. It turned out he wanted to be there to save us a street parking space right in front of his building and welcome us in person. Terrasini is a sweet beach town, and this B&B is walkable to restaurants and other attractions. It's worth spending time here in addition to its proximity to the airport.

Best Bakery B&B!

We had an early flight out of the Palermo airport and wanted someplace close to stay with transport to the airport. We came across this property and booked it. The owner, Filippo, is an absolute gem. He was flexible with our times and even got up at 4 in the morning to take us to the airport. And... since we were going to miss the breakfast part of our stay, he provided us with a "to go" breakfast of fresh baked goods made by him. Oh - and he even had coffee ready for us before we left for the airport. The actual property was very clean, beautifully decorated, and well-located. We wished we could have spent some more time there!

The property was very clean and easily accessible. I loved how close it was to the Piazza Duomo. What makes this this BnB 5 star is most definitely the hosts. Fillipo and Sebastiana are exquisite hosts. Each morning they serve you a breakfast of freshly baked cakes and other baked goods and coffee and the beautiful terrace. The room is cleaned daily and the fridge was always stocked with fresh cold bottled water. The parking can be a bit tricky in Terrasini but you usually find parking either right in front of the BnB or within walking distance up the street. Rooms were cooled by air conditioning which was a much welcomed break from the Sicilian heat. I wouldnt hesitate to book this property.

Very clean, comfortable, excellent 1-night stay

Spotlessly clean, comfortable, delicious continental breakfast, (don't miss the lemon carrot cake!), affordable - Terrasole B&B is a great choice if you are heading to or from Palermo Airport - just 15 minutes. We booked this B&B for the night before our departure after a 2wk stay in Sicily and it was exactly what we needed after a long day of driving - and we were delighted to find the town of Terrasini so clean and welcoming. We did some last minute shopping, including a stop at local bakery for almond cookies, a beautiful walk along the waterfront - so lovely. The service at Terrasole was excellent: clear communication in advance, very friendly and professional. We parked just in front of the hotel, on the street (perfectly safe). Sebastiana made sure to have the breakfast buffet (and our yummy cafe lattes) prepared early, as we had to leave to catch our flight by 6:30AM. This is an extremely well-run establishment at a surprisingly low price - we highly recommend and hope to return someday ourselves! Thank you to Filippo and Sebastiana!
