"From beginning to end everything was perfect, communication with Sam to the property! Our family enjoyed the spacious layout of home, we loved the backyard and was so nice all fenced for our dog to roam. The garage game room was a hit for all, even enjoyed the hot tub and made S’mores around fire pit. We will definitely return."

"This place was fantastic! The remote area, low to no traffic, and a beautifully built and appointed property- only thing left was the views, and those were great too! Property is tremendously well thought out, outfitted well, property manager was thorough, and if you’re looking for a place outside of the city, and truly a countryside getaway that you’d want from a trip to the wine country- this is it! 15-20 min drive into town, depending on traffic, so all in alll it was excellent! "We had a fantastic time, and stayed in Cabin 1 on the ranch. The bathroom is a short walk away. The cabin had a very comfortable bed, good AC (it was really hot when we were there) fridge, sink and coffee in the room. WE also brought our dog who had a blast running around the property. The ranch has everything you need to enjoy time and even stay on property the whole time. The kitchen is very well appointed with use of the fridge, coffee maker (there is a coffee make in the room also), stove and all utensils you will need. There is an amazing outdoor Santa Maria Barbecue with wood. There is a game room, a living room, a bar that are all very vintage and is appointed with so many farming artifacts. We did chores one morning with Carly and Kelly: fed chickens,goats, cattle. Milked goats, harvested eggs, bottle fed baby goats. It was amazing. Carly and Kelly are in the family that has owned the ranch for 5 generations and are amazing hosts. They were so helpful with any questions that we had. IT was a fantastic stay and I hope we get back there some day!"

"Eight of us (4 couples) had a wonderful long weekend at Casa De-Vine. The house sits on top of a hill with a lot of land, so you can see for miles in every direction. Inside it is very light, nicely decorated, and has every amenity. We played a lot of pickleball on the two courts but spent just as much time relaxing on the porch. The open plan kitchen/dining room/living room made it easy for us all to be together, and the big windows meant we never missed a sunset. Casa De-Vine is only a half-hour from the ocean and a nice beach, and some of us spent a day in the charming towns of Cambria and Harmony, while others visited the Estrella Warbirds Museum (airplanes) nearby. We also went to Sensorio one evening, just a couple of miles away, to see an outdoor art installation of 100,000 lights. Our hosts, Annette and Ray, offer a lovely home and we will definitely go again."
