"Terrible. Staff had no idea what was going on. You called him. Waited for days for them to get back to you. Constant screaming noises from people outside some sort of weird noise coming from the air-conditioning unit so loud it kept you awake at night ran constantly no shower curtain had to bend down to go to the bathroom because the roof was only about 4 feet off of the floor discussing place I give it a zero"

"My wife and I stayed here in November 2025 along with another couple. As is noted in other reviews, the pictures don't do the villa justice and it is exactly as advertised. The road in and out (last few miles) is a bit difficult to traverse and renting a 4 wheel drive as suggested by the host is a very good idea. Other than that, the place is absolutely fantastic, including the location generally for touring around Sicily (in particular Palermo, Cefalu and surrounding areas). The villa is exceptional and fully stocked with everything required. Beyond that, the hosts (Paul and David) go above and beyond in every way, including facilitating everything you need for arrival, ensuring your every need is met and providing great recommendations for tour spots, wineries and restaurants (even making reservations). They are both amazing people and joined us a number of evenings for some wine around the outdoor fireplace. They also have a local chef they recommend for in-house dining - chef Bruno and his partner Giovanni and they are absolutely wonderful and the price is extremely reasonable (less than comparable meal at a restaurant) Probably the best meals we had in Italy were with them and we had them cook more than 4 evenings (would have been more but we did tour around a fair amount). Bruno also hosted a cooking class for us and it was brilliant. If you stay here having chef Bruno cook is an absolute must. Overall we can't rate the villa or Paul and David high enough. "

"Beautiful property! Amazing views and we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Paolo and Morena are perfect hosts and were easy to comminicate with. They do everything to make you feel at home. Be sure to visit their family owned jewelry store. We were treated like Kings and Queens there and bought some beautiful pieces. Do not hesitate to stay here!"

"While this property is compact, its thoughtful design means it works very well. Its best feature is the outdoor space, which is a wonderful place to sit with a glass of wine looking out over the sea. The outdoor kitchen is also well equipped and good to use. The property has access to the beach and sea, and we enjoyed sunbathing and snorkelling everyday. The water is clear and warm. The property provides lovely deckchairs and parasols. One concern we did have was that the autostrada looks quite close on the map, but it’s actually some distance away, so we were not disturbed by traffic noise. The property is very quiet and peaceful. The autostrada is also very useful as it gives excellent access to places to visit. The beautiful city of Palermo is only 30 mins away, and Monreale (UNESCO Heritage site) is another must see. The property has good off road parking. The owners were very helpful and welcoming. "

"We were two families (8 persons, kids in ages 3-8) that spent one week in Marcos house. The house is clean and spacious and comes with everything that is needed for the stay. The pool area is great for both adults and kids. Dinners and evenings are very nice to spend on the big terrace with an impressive view over the landscape and sea. When arriving Marco was welcoming and also helpful with different things throughout the week. His lovely parents live on the first floor of the house and was also very helpfull when needed. The house is surrounded by big cultivation areas and his parents was generous with giving us fresh tomatoes and home made lemon granita. From the house it is easy to reach both Trapani and Termini Imerese for excursions and shopping. We also visited Cefalù for one day, which is only one hour drive. The autostrada passes by close to the house and makes some noise, but nothing that was disturbing to us. Only thing to put on the wish list is some more equipment in the kitchen since we cooked most of our own meals. The beds are very hard, but that tend to be a thing here and not just for this place (compared to Scandinavian beds). Between 2-4 in the afternoon every day it is siesta and we were asked to be a bit more quiet. We found it a little bit annoying the first day since the kids wanted to be outside and play, but for the other days it matched our lunch time and paus from the sun. All in all we had a great week and can warmly recommend a stay there"

"We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful property in Sicily! I stayed here with seven friends, and the house was perfect for a group our size. It was clean, spacious, and incredibly well-equipped for a relaxing and fun holiday.The outdoor space was one of our favorite parts — the pool was fantastic, and there was plenty of room to lounge, and enjoy the sunshine. The setting was peaceful and private, yet still conveniently located for exploring the area.Inside, the kitchen had everything we needed for group meals, and the layout made it easy for all of us to cook, eat, and hang out together. It really felt like a home away from home.The hosts were amazing — friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure we had the best stay possible.This place exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re traveling with a group and want comfort, space, and a great atmosphere, look no further. We’d come back in a heartbeat!"

"From the moment we arrived Alberto was fantastic and very helpful. Alberto, Carlos and Alberto’s mum provided a fantastic Sicilian feast on the first night and catered for one of the party who has a nut allergy. The villa is lovely and the pool, grounds were perfect. It is a little tricky getting to and from the villa with the car but quickly got used to it. This was the perfect relaxing part of our Sicilian holiday. Already planning a return. Grazie!!"
