The property is located in Trabia (PA) a few steps from San Nicola l'Arena, an ancient fishing village that has now become a tourist and pleasure port.
The apartment in the villa is newly renovated and is totally independent, comfortable for families who want to experience the crystal clear sea while enjoying Sicily!
The characteristic of the house is direct access to the beach, internal parking, the solarium area, the large outdoor areas, the barbecue area where you can share a summer evening with loved ones.
The internal spaces offer 1 double bedroom for triple use, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with a bridge bed for children, 2 internal bathrooms, kitchen and open space living! Spearhead, large terrace with breathtaking sea view where the opportunity to admire unique sunsets, enjoying an aperitif, will not be missing !!
The apartment is located 2 km from the motorway junction and 1 km from the center where supermarkets, groceries, pharmacies, and restaurants are always open!
