Já me hospedei outras vezes nesse hotel e foi bom, mas dessa vez o ar condicionado não estava gelando bem, os panos da cama estavam com aspectos de mal lavado, inclusive com mancha e o banheiro estava com odor, toda vez que eu chegava no quarto sentia. O café da manhã com um reposição lenta,faltando toda hora alguma coisa.

Foi tudo ótimo. Hotel com aparência de novo. Próximo aos principais shoppings. Atendimento ótimo. Camareira Fernanda é muito gentil. E o recepcionista Jonathan merece um elogio especial. Mas todos os funcionários atendem muito bem. Você se sente bem-vindo.

Encontrei baratas, minha esposa tem pavor. O café da manhã sofrível, em um único dia arrisquei de pedir uma tapioca mas não foi possível. Alegaram que o hotel estava muito cheio. O pecado mortal, não tinha manteiga, apenas margarina, sem comentários. Reclamei e no dia seguinte a mesma coisa. Acabei comprando uma. Sem abastecimento no frigobar.

O quarto era bem espaçoso e as roupas de cama estavam limpas. No entanto, desde a nossa chegada o ar-condicionado apresentou problemas e, por volta das 3h da manhã, parou de funcionar totalmente, o que nos obrigou a mudar de quarto durante a madrugada. Além disso, o café da manhã oferecia poucas opções.

Bom, alguns detalhes a melhorar.

Quartos dentro do padrão para o que se propõe, no quarto 238 nobqual fiquei hospedado não havia a possibilidade de desligar o chuveiro elétrico (está dando choque), ar condicionado não esfria o suficiente (quarto poente), e o cafe da manhã poderia ser mais nordestino com inhame, macaxeira, galinha, do tipo que se encontra no nordeste. Mas de forma geral gostei e voltaria a me hospedar.

A hospedagem não foi como eu esperava. Reservei um quarto com cama queen, mas me entregaram um com duas de solteiro. Quando questionei, apenas disseram que não havia disponibilidade, o que torna sem sentido oferecer essa opção na reserva. A limpeza também deixou a desejar, pois havia fios de cabelo no quarto, e o ar-condicionado não funcionava tão bem. No geral, a experiência ficou abaixo do que eu esperava.

Precisa melhorar.

Quarto com um leve cheiro de mofo. Barata na sala de café da manhã. A sopa a vontade que é oferecida à noite por R$29,90, é fria, e quando termina não tem reposição, então não tão a vontade assim. Bebidas vendidas no hotel caríssimas. Piscina boa e limpa, café da manhã razoável. Mercado ao lado do hotel onde podem ser adquiridos item a um pré normal.

Péssima experiência

a minha estadia foi apenas para dormir durante dois dias e mesmo assim foi uma experiência terrível. A princípio a minha reserva constava cama queen, porém me deparei com 3 camas de solteiro extremamente desconfortáveis, deitei nas 3 e cada uma era pior que a outra, com certeza há anos aqueles colchões não sao trocados, o vaso do banheiro estava entupido, a porta do banheiro quebrada, o que trazia um cheiro terrível ao quarto, não me senti segura no quarto porque a todo momento havia muito barulho nos corredores, o café da manhã do primeiro dia era o mesmo do segundo, cuscuz, molho e salsicha de péssima qualidade, pão com queijo, presunto e um bolo que não consegui comer de tão duro, as opções de frutas eram apenas, mamão, abacaxi verde, melão verde e melancia, resumindo um verdadeiro desastre.
