O quarto é espaçoso e a cama bem confortável. Banheiro muito bom, com água quente e chuveiro potente. Mas o café da manhã é muito fraco, com poucas opções, e se chegar às 9h não tem mais nada e não é reposto.

Recepção muito atenciosa e eficiente, porém as dependências do hotel me parecem muito antigas, precisando de uma reforma,pois o hotel tem um bom tamanho o que fica fácil de fazer. Ar condicionado em péssimas condições, fazendo que o cheiro no apartamento seja ruim e também o barulho que fazem é muito alto, incomodando durante a noite. Precisei substituir o apartamento pelo cheiro do ar condicionado e o segundo apartamento tinha um pouco de cheiro e muito barulho. Limpeza também deixou a desejar.

O hotel é bom, bem localizado e com ótimo atendimento. Fomos bem recebidos e não houve problema algum com a empresa e com o atendimento. Mas, vale ressaltar alguns pontos: 1. café da manhã apesar de bom, achei que tinha pouca variedade e a maioria dos bolos não são bons, muito seco; 2. O estacionamento apesar de ser no subsolo, achei pouco seguro, não via funcionário pra fiscalizar, dá impressão que qualquer pessoa pode entrar; 3. O hotel precisa de reparos, o ar-condicionado que fica em cima de uma mesa no local do café da manhã, estava pingando, o que impossibilitava de ficar sentada ali, o banheiro do quarto e o estacionamento tbm precisa de alguns reparos.

No geral gostei da minha estadia, quarto amplo, ar condicionado gela bem, café da manhã bem variado. A única coisa que não gostei foi que só tinha duas pessoas atendendo na recepção e como estava lotado devido ao concurso que haveria no dia seguinte, deveriam ter colocado mais alguém pra atender, pq só o chekin levou 1h
