"The property is nice and clean. However, the website advertised that there is A/C, but there isn't, there are only a ceiling fans; and because the place is really small, It doesn't really cool the rooms. Another inconvenience was rhat they advertised that sleeps 6 people, but there are only two rooms with one bed each one of them, and a sofa bed in the living room. "Worst hotel experience for a supposed 5-star property. Dirty rooms, cockroaches, ants, clogged bathroom, no hot water, weak A/C, Wi-Fi not working, and dog feces on the terrace. The only response was “sorry,” with no compensation at all. Definitely do not recommend, especially for the price charged."
