Brand new. Easy access. Do kot expect too much staff. I did not face any issue but I do not lnow how to solve it in case lf any (at least at night). There is no food in premises (so far)

There is miss information listed on the property, it is a hot and moist environment and rooms don’t actually have AC. We had to fight to get at least a fan for The night and also try to get the mosquitoes out of the room.

The hotel owner overbooks the hotel. They ask you to pay for the room once you get to the property and then give you the bad news. David the owner sent me to an old house with old mattresses promising to reimburse my payment which never happened. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS THIEF!

Al principio me saqué de onda porque la habitación estaba dentro o junto a la recepción, pero cuando entré me fascinó. La verdad muy bonita habitación, super cómoda y limpia. La propiedad en general es bastante bonita. El desayuno más o menos porque no le ponen proteína a los chilaquiles, de ahí en fuera, todo excelente.

Muy agradable. 100% recomendable.

Excelente servicio. El personal es muy amable, el hotel está muy cómodo y limpio. Los jardines muy bien cuidados, en general todo muy agradable. El desayuno muy rico. La habitación que nos tocó daba a la calle y se escucha algo de ruido, pero tolerable.

Muy bien ubicado para ahorrarse todo el tráfico de entrada en Tepoztlán. Limpio y cómodo. Sólo pediría que eviten usar tantos limpiadores químicos. El olor del "pinol" se mantiene muy penetrante durante toda la noche de estar encerrado en el cuarto. Se solucionaría abriendo la ventana pero no tiene mosquitero.

Pésimo servicio/ mala administración

La dueña del hotel nos contactó 3 horas antes del check in para informarnos que no nos podía recibir por que había habido un error en las reservaciones. Nosotros en camino a la boda de la mejor amiga de mi esposo y en fin de puente. Literal nos dijo “me da mucha pena pero no los podemos recibir debido al error”.
