"La propiedad está literal como en las fotos pero no te dicen que no tienes señal en la cabaña que elegí y no te dan solución ni con el wifi. Los costos de room servicie incrementan y no puedes hablar a servicio porque no tienes wifi ni señal "

"The hotel was very nice, the staff were friendly and helpful (they possibly didn't speak English, but they tolerated my awful Spanish very well) and the area is beautiful, although with that said, pretty much everywhere in Tepotzlan is beautiful."

"The Spa was nice and relaxing. The staff did a good job. The only thing is that the water pressure for the shower was inconsistent. Overall a good centric place to stay if the activities are downtown. "

"Tiene algunos puntos a mejorar , pero es bonita y de fácil acceso! Tomen en cuenta q no hay estacionamiento propio , pero si a una cuadra y ahí se deja el coche . La comunicación con el anfitrión súper bien ! "
