Terrible experience. If you don't have staff to attend to guests, you have to make things work. The hotel isn't finished, everything around the pool had bleach on it, all my friend's clothes were ruined. I told the owner and still there's no response. We also had to buy clothes. When we arrived at the affiliated restaurant, they "couldn't find" our reservation until 45 minutes later, only to serve us a terrible breakfast. I don't usually complain, but $300 for something so deplorable?! And the clothes were even more expensive.
