Nette Finca, aber…
Netter Empfang am Anreisetag. Super Garten/Poolbereich, gute Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen. Keine Wäscheablagemöglichkeit im Kreiderschrank. Sehr muffiger Geruch in allen Räumen. Geschirr nicht sehr sauber, sowie Schimmel in der Kaffeemaschine. Kochfeld sehr klein, Pfannen und Töpfe verbogen. Stöpsel im Waschbecken der Küche fehlte was das Abwaschen schwer machte. Trotz Reklamation keine Abhilfe hier. TV sehr klein und Sofa sehr unbequem. Eigentlich ist es eine super Anlage, vielleicht hatten wir auch nur Pech mit dem Appartment.

Thank you for leaving your opinion. The apartment chosen by you has basic equipment for 2 people, is not prepared for more family. In the holiday complex there are other larger apartments with different rates for families with children. The customer can choose from several options. The customer service staff is every day, from 9 to 15 hours to help the customer and solve any problem. Their stay in the rainy December days have been able to give the feeling of humidity smell of the environment. We feel this inconvenience. Beatriz (manager)
