Amazing home in an incredible location
This was my second stay at this property and, once again, it did not disappoint. This house is amazing! It's very modern and unique with an incredible private rooftop patio. It's minutes from beautiful Las Teresitas beach in the village of San Andres. Public transportatioin is also easy to access, so you can explore all the wonders of Tenerife. I will definitely be back again!

Nice apartment in San Andres Tenerife
Excellent location and easy communication with our host. The apartment was clean and very spacious and benefitted from off street parking. Excellent restaurants and supermarket facilities in very easy walking distance as was Las Teresitas beach.

Perfect location and accommodation
We both loved our stay so much that I’m loath to say too much in case word gets out how wonderful this place is. The accommodation is stylish yet comfortable with the benefit of a garage and just a few yards to authentic Spanish restaurants and bars. The beach is really close and so clean and safe with wonderful beach bars that serve the most delicious lunches and Mohitos. We have felt totally rested and have had the most perfect holiday. Can’t wait to return

Spacious, beautifully decorated apartment
Beautiful flat in a good location with a private garage, which is a big plus. Moving around on three floors is good for one’s condition. It’s worth climbing the stairs to the private rooftop. Communication with the friendly and accommodating owner perfect. Thank you José Manuel. There are many restaurants close by. They compensate for the only minus point: the small, even though well equipped, kitchen area. The furniture and some equipment are old and in need of repair/ replacement. All in all a pleasant place to stay for a week or two to explore this part of Tenerife.

Great house in great location
Loved this house in San Andrés - architect style so felt special. Plenty of restaurants close by but also easy to get the bus into Santa Cruz. Ideal for exploring the Anaga region - beautiful area for drinking in the views or doing more adventurous hikes.

Gorgeous house walking distance to the beach
The house is beautifully designed and a 10 min walk to the beach. I specially loved the roof terrace, where I did yoga every morning, and the glass internal courtyard, that gave light keeping the privacy. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets are a stone throw from the house and the bus stop in the front door. The owner, Jose Manuel, is lovely and so helpful!! Overall a superb stay, we will return!!

The house is beautiful and the location perfect - the small community of San Andres, with all the essentials, and the beautiful Las Teresitas beach, a 5-minute walk away. Santa Cruz is a short drive or convenient bus ride up the road. There are great restaurants throughout the town. It is paradise here. Jose Manuel has been incredibly responsive to us. We have been here through the coronavirus outbreak. The house is a safe haven for us, and Jose Manuel has been solicitors of our needs and our health. When this pandemic is behind us, we hope to come back. This is the perfect holiday home.

A beautiful house
This a stunning architect-designed house in which it was a pleasure to spend three weeks. We especially enjoyed the open deck on the top floor and the attractive design of the sitting room. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood but still close to the shops and restaurants in San Andres, and very close to the excellent bus service.

We had a good stay. The house is just as it looks in the photos. The roof terrace was great for enjoying the sunshine and the beach is only a short walk away. The restaurants in the village are great and we tried lots of them over the week. The only negative we would comment on is that there is no dedicated parking and it was parking in the street which meant we couldn’t park outside the house on some occasions. Jose was a good host and came round with more towels when we asked. A lovely part of Tenerife to stay in.

Beautifully designed hideaway for super relaxing holiday
Jose’s incredibly individual holiday home was the perfect place to unwind and had everything one might need for comfort and relaxation. The outdoor spaces were amazing and we appreciated the sheltered sunny roof terrace on days when it was too windy for the beach. We loved the little village of San Andres too. Not a huge variety of restaurants but great fish and seafood and everyone was very welcoming and understanding of our our limited Spanish. The beach was wonderful for walking and sunbathing when warm enough - only tiny downside were the container ships in the distance. Feel totally recharged now and can not recommend the house and village highly enough.

Great Living Space
We really enjoyed our stay inside this 3-level townhouse. The modern concrete and glass design was very eye-pleasing to live in and with the atrium, does a good job naturally keeping the interior cool. The roof was peaceful and great for relaxing in and out of the sun. The kitchen was great as well, and had everything we needed to cook our own meals... although there are so many restaurants in San Andres, you'll never run out of eating options. The house also had blazing fast fiber internet (200mbps up and down) which was great for a couple days we had to do some remote work. The large Las Teresitas beach is about a 6 minute walk just across the street and has several beach bars serving food, as well as lounge chair rentals. It's built for swimming with a fully sand shoreline and little to no waves with the breakwater. Although the house has its own garage, it was not available for use, but it was easy for us to find free street parking directly across the street or off the main road that goes along the shoreline (there's probably a hundred parking spaces there). Street parking appears to be free over the whole town, so it shouldn't be hard to eventually find a spot even during the on-season. Just beware if parking in front of the house, there are lots of pigeons that live in the trees above the street that will easily cover your car with pigeon poop within a couple days. I think some of the residents in the area have rooftop pigeon coops that are causing this. Overall, it was great stay and real treat for us to live in such a modern styled house, we'd definitely return someday.

The location of the house is great and the house itself is gorgeous! We really liked the restaurants around the place, good food and reasonable prices. The restaurant Ruby had the best seafood soup and fresh fish and seafood! Jose Manuel recommended to rent a car for our ten days vacation and were so glad we did. This way we were able to check different parts of Tenerife and be happy upon our return, every time, to the prettiest house in San Andres! Thank you José Manuel for sharing your house with us! Great place to relax and kick back
Went with a friend for a relaxing week and got exactly what was required. The House is very well appointed and the room inside is very generous. It is located in a quite quiet town in the north of Tenerife which is mainly Spanish speaking with very few tourists, this was great, my friend nor I spoke any Spanish whatsoever, and we quickly learnt how to use Google translate!. Very close to the house are 3 fish restaurants and several bars which also did café style food. The prices around the area in the bars and cafes were very low compared to the more touristy areas of Tenerife. The owner has equipped the house with most things that you might need during a stay. we didn't cook much in except for some toast and pizza's but there is a well equipped kitchen area with full fridge freezer which came in handy. The 2 bathrooms are great as are the two sitting areas. The owner has thoughtfully equipped the living area with TV with a HDMI cable to make coupling up to other electronic devices easier. The WIFI is quick and performs well and there is a good selection of reading material in several languages. I enjoyed spending time on the roof terrace which has some great shade from both the trees by the roadside and the pergola on the roof. If I was to say anything the place was better equipped than we were able to utilise fully. The nearby beath La Teresitas was excellent and is separated from the ocean by a breakwater. there are several restaurants and bars on the beach and it does get particularly busy at the weekends and is about15 minutes walk from the house. Jose (the owner) was very gracious in seeing that we had some food in the house to get started as we were arriving late on the Sunday night and the shops would have been shut. In all my aim was to get some relaxing time away from home in a nice warm climate and I got exactly what I wanted. Thank you Jose

Wonderful stay in a lovely location. Exactly as we'd hoped.
Previous reviews had suggested we'd found a great village for a beach holiday with good local restaurants, staying in a stunningly-converted house owned by a considerate decent man. We were thrilled to realise that the reality was exactly in line with these hopes. The beach is huge and well-run and dotted with small bars providing some food, but you'll want to save yourselves some room or wander off the beach for a long meal before returning to sleep it off under a sombrilla. The village is small, and quiet at night, but with lots of choice of good restaurants on a range of budgets, all within a few hundred metres (or over the road, or next door...). The owner Jose provided a map suggesting a few places as well as other key amenities, including how to get into Santa Cruz a bus ride away for even more restaurant options. We didn't need to do this, ate great food at a different place in San Andres every night for a week and still didn't try everywhere. We'll get to the rest next time. There is a supermarket just a couple of hundred metres from the house, and a bakery just a few doors away. The house was an exercise in making the most of space and light and provided everything we needed; Jose has put some serious thought into what he provides and made himself available if we needed anything, but there was no need. It's always good to stay somewhere that feels a bit special from the start, and this was certainly that. Wandering out of bed to go and look up at the morning skies from your indoor patio sounds weird to a design-ignorant Brit, but made perfect sense done by one who knows. Thanks Jose! If we had better weather here I'd have one myself... We won't hesitate to stay here again and we heartily recommend it. Just please don't book when we want to stay :)

Amazing house
The house was absolutely beautiful and contained everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. San Andres is an attractive village with plenty of bars and restaurants including La Pasada which is right next door . We thoroughly recommend this property.

Ancient and Modern
It is a rare privilege to stay in a new architect-designed house which is situated in a very traditional small Spanish town. Architect Jose Manuel has designed a very personal property with lots of flair and no little comfort. It probably comes even more into its own when the weather is that much warmer and sunnier. We stayed there in February. San Andres has a beautiful, long sandy beach and, astonishingly, not a single hotel. It's a quick, cheap bus ride from Santa Cruz. And its got lots of good fish restaurants and adequate food shopping. Hop on a bus if you want a bit more sophistication or an exhilarating ride over the mountains!.

The house is perfect - fully equipped with utensils, kitchen appliances, iron, hair dryer, washing machine etc.; location 8 min walking from best beach Las Teresitas; 5-6 good restaurants in the village; 15 min by car to the capital; big supermarket 3 min walking. The house has 2 bedrooms - one of them is not closed with a door, but it is rather transitory from the kitchen and living room. There is a wonderful terrace. Parking on the street is free and there are places always. San Andres is a really small and cute village, very quiet and beautiful. The host is really kind and welcoming. Fully recommend the stay in this house.

Great Stay
We had a great stay. We stayed for 14 days and enjoyed each one. The house is spacious and tasteful furnished, we loved all the green plants. The house is equipped with all the necessities, there are even cooler bags for trips. The garage is really helpful as the parking spots on the street are quickly filled, especially at the weekends. Only the working area in the kitchen is a bit small, but still large enough to cook for 2–3 people. We definitely recommend this house and would book it again.

A beautiful apartment just 3 minutes from the water.
I've stayed in several apartments in San Andres and I have to say this was the nicest of all so far. It's huge and pretty cool. The landlord is very nice and answers almost immediately if you have any questions. It is good for groups of friends but also for a couple vacation. It's just 3 minutes to the water and 10 minutes to the beach. I can recommend the apartment to anyone who is looking for a large and beautiful apartment for a slightly smaller budget.

die Ferienwohnung ist auf jeden Fall sehr räumlich, modern ausgestattet und bietet alles an was man für die Unterkunft braucht. Zum Strand war ca. 15-20 min zu Fuß oder kann man auch mit dem Auto gut hinkommen.

Great appartment in a great place!
We had a very nice time in this very agreable house. San Andres is a very good place to stay, not to far from Santa Cruz and close to the Anaga region, perfect for hiking. We really loved the beach as well. We recommend!
