"Outstanding, the gounds and pool well looked after. It had everything you needed.A little remote, but very quite. A car would be recommended. Taxi in to town was around 15.."

"Rafa ist ein ganz fantastischer, natürlicher und emphatischer Gastgeber, der ein sehr gutes Gespür für die Bedürfnisse seiner Gäste hat. Wir haben im Juli mit unseren beiden Kindern (13 & 10) zwei wundervolle Wochen dort verbracht. Die Jungs stürzten entweder nach dem Frühstück oder nach Ausflügen stets sofort in den sehr gepflegten und erfrischenden Pool inmitten der bezaubernden Oase die Rafa liebevoll geschaffen hat. Zu jeder Tageszeit findet sich auf dem Grundstück ein angenehmes schattiges Plätzchen zum Verweilen oder zur Beobachtung von Faltern und Vögeln, Hauskatze Luca oder des süßen Dackels Tobi inmitten des vielfältigen Grüns auf dem Grundstück. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und sehr geräumig für 4 Personen. Das bereitgestellte Bettzeug und die Handtücher dufteten wunderbar. Auf dem Balkon ließen wir morgens bei einem Kaffee die Sonne aufgehen und sahen abends bei einem Glas Wein den Stadtlichtern von Santa Cruz beim Funkeln zu.Die Unterkunft ist verkehrstechnisch gut gelegen, so dass sowohl Puerto de la Cruz, und Santa Cruz im Norden, also auch Los Cristianos und die Costa Adeje im Süden, sowie Las Lagunetas, der eindrucksvolle Nadelwald über den Wolken, mit dem Auto in 30-50 Minuten auf den sehr gut ausgebauten Straßen erreichbar sind.Wir haben eine wundervolle Zeit dort verbracht - vielen lieben Dank Rafa für das rundum sorglos Paket, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei euch!"

"Mi esposa y yo recomendamos este hotel ampliamente. El lugar es tranquilo y no deja de sorprenderte agradablemente todos los días. Estás alejado del bullicio de la ciudad pero cerca de todo en la isla. David y Gloria y todo el staff te harán sentir como si estuvieras en tu casa. Y te irás con ganas de volver."

"A beautiful hotel in an amazing place Loved our stay for one night before climbing Teide My only comment would be food Provision - the restaurant is beautiful but the menu is expensive and limited. There is a cafe bar but that stops serving food at 5pm Particularly for hikers more choice at a more reasonable price (or cafe open longer) would be great"

"I enjoyed my stay at the hotel . The staff were all friendly and welcoming during my stay . The rooms were cleaned daily and the towels were changed each day . There was a wide choice of options at breakfast and dinner. One evening guests at the option of a sushi station. Good value for money, I was HB so paid for drinks with dinner each evening. They accept cash or card . Or you can upgrade to the drinks package. The entertainment was fair, bingo was a favourite with many guests as well as live shows. The World Cup tournament was on during my stay and the matches were shown in the lounge or select matches were on the local TV. There were several local bars showing all the games. I would return to the hotel again ."

"We got the all inclusive package and the staff was consummating to my friend that is gluten free. The staff is not all bilingual if you do not speak any Spanish. The hotel was nice. There is no AC in the summer just heat. The heated pool was not warm. Pools were fairly dirty. We loved the location and the meals. Breakfast ends a little early but overall it was very convenient and well worth the money"

"Schöne Finca, wunderschöner Garten mit mehreren Sitzbereichen und gemütlicher Grillecke und extra Kinderhaus. Gute Ausstattung, insbesondere in der Küche mangelt es an nichts. Durch die Aufteilung in zwei Einheiten auch für zwei Familien geeignet. Von den oberen Terrassen hat man Blick aufs Meer. Sehr guter und schneller Kontakt zur Vermieterin Eva. Danke "

"There was no parking by property, had to find space in village 10-15 mins walk uphill away, there was no kettle , toaster or microwave oven as listed, no welcome Basket either. The electric sockets were dangerous as out fittings fell from the wall, window shutter hinge needs attention. Other than that a decent little property for a cheap get away."
