This was our second visit to this VRBO and we enjoyed our stay very much! Will is a wonderful and accommodating host. The kitchen had everything we needed. We really appreciate the 2 full bathrooms! We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay.
Views were amazing and we had perfect weather. The locations was very quite and peaceful. House was clean and had everything we needed. Great host and provided good communication. Enjoyed hiking up the hill one morning.
Nice house in the country, yet within easy distance to wineries, good restaurants and activites in the Central Coast area. Will was very genial and good at communications.
Hey, this rental is adjacent to a 300 acre black angus ranch. The livestock when nearby are respectful and keep to their business. Although our experience was benefited by outstanding winter weather (60-70 highs and mostly sun) the location is spectacular- I suggest a brisk climb up the hill to the rear of the house. Since you will probably be staying inside rather than in the pasture, you might want to know about the home itself- I attest that is clean, well appointed and highly functional. Will was responsive and helpful - not that we needed much.
We very much enjoyed our stay! Very peaceful and quiet. Just far enough out of town to be quiet, but close enough to get anywhere. Beds were comfortable and host was great!
Two of us stayed here for a wine tour of Paso Robles. From the moment Will met us at the property when we arrived, to the moment we left - it was perfect. The set up as a “Double Master” allowed us to have our own spaces when needed. Kitchen was fully stocked and more than enough towels and blankets. The grill worked great and the seating on patio was perfect to watch the sunsets over the valley. Everyday being able to walk around the fields and hills was an added bonus. Take his recommendation to visit Caelista winery around the corner - excellent wines and friendly hosts. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit.
Great property, prompt communication. I was very pleased with my stay, and i'll likely return in the future. Very peaceful property, very spacious. Best owners i've dealt with.
This property is located in a beautiful and serene area. Will is a great host and makes sure that your stay is comfortable. The home is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved being able to disconnect from television. We would love to stay here again.
Went to Paso for a weekend getaway. Check in was very easy, owner met us at the house to give us a run down. Property is beautiful, clean, & quiet. 15 minute drive to the downtown city park. Great location!
Will definitely return and I can't recommend this home enough.
Spacious, private, quiet, unique. We loved watching the sunset from the top of the "world", strolling along deserted dirt roads through the fields and under the oaks, watching the skys for redtail hawks as the ground squirrels scurry for shelter.
Yes, Will is a great host, and Steve is fun to talk to.
I went to this location for its peace and quiet. A spacious ranch guest with two bathrooms and two bedrooms provided needed tranquility. The owner was great. House was opened Cooked my breakfast and made coffee. One night enjoyed a glass of 13 year old zin with appetizers on the patio and watched the sunset.
My husband and I came with my 88 year old FIL. Perfect location for some peace and quiet. The home is quit large and allowed privacy for each of us, bedrooms and baths were on opposite sides of the home Nice to come back here each day to just relax and unwind. Location in the middle of fields but like 10min from Trader Joes.
Loved it. It was a nice quiet place with rolling hill all around the property. A nice place to get away from TV and just relax. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and dining room big. There just was no body soap. Good thing I brought my own and the bathroom rug should be replaced. But these were minor issues. I would come again.
We had a wonderful stay at Lupine Ranch! We were in the location for a Spartan Race, so we needed a comfortable place to stay that was near the race. The Ranch was perfect! We were able to cook an early breakfast and relax after the run. Our host was very helpful, communicative, and accommodating the entire visit. We ran into some issues which caused a late arrival, but our host accommodated our late check in without any issues. We really appreciated the more rural location as it was very peaceful and calm. The house worked great for our group of 3 and was very comfortable. We appreciated the 2 full bathrooms for showers and privacy. If we, or anyone we know is booking something in the area, I would highly recommend Lupine Ranch!
The house is perfect for a family with two bedrooms two baths. There are also two living rooms There were a couple of downsides. No TV, so bring your devices for streaming. The furniture is all well used. It would’ve felt a lot more welcoming if there had been some basics like makings for coffee, etc.. However, my bed was amazing and I slept better than I sleep
We had a great time at the ranch house! We we're two families, each of two adults and a toddler. The house was perfect for us. It is very spacious and well organized, and is essentially composed of two unites that are connected together (the kitchen being in one of them). So it's perfect for two families who want to spend time together.
The location is fantastic. The house sits on a huge property, with hills and trails surrounding it, and is right next to many vineyards. Still, it is only a short ten minute drive to Paso Robles.
Will has been great in communicating everything before and during our stay.
We will certainly stay in the ranch house again next time we're in the area!
We had a great time at the house! It was a special treat for our city kids to be able to stay in the country and run around outside to their heart’s content. Plenty for the adults to enjoy in the outdoors as well, particularly the patio with bbq. Beautiful views. I regret that we didn’t get to explore more of the property! Even though it’s quiet and out of the way, we found it easy to get to Paso and the surrounding area. The house is quite large- basically two small homes connected together. We had plenty of space, and the two sides of the house worked very well when we needed a quiet working area and a louder play area. I appreciated the walk through with Will when we arrived so we felt informed and comfortable with everything. The house was well appointed with basic necessities. I think my only complaint was that the tile floors were harsh on my feet- just should have brought some slippers or other indoor footwear. We would definitely stay again if we were back in the area!
Our family of five adults stayed on the property for two nights. Quiet location, comfortable beds and amenities. Our hosts we so thoughtful and helpful. On clear nights you'll be overwhelmed with the stars!
