"Room very clean, which was lovely. In a bit of disrepair thought. The showers hot water was flipped with the cold, so the water was barely on when it was turned to hot. Bathroom towel rack kept falling off the wall, the sink drain was disconnected and kept sticking shut and the curtain rod would come apart and fall whenever you attempted to open the curtains. Staff was friendly and helpful, beds were very comfortable, varrying pillow firmness was a nice touch. Coffee in the lobby was actually not bad and a pleasant surprise. Again, very clean and comfortable which was huge for us."

When I got into my room, though, I found a few things from the last guest that made me question if the room had actually been cleaned. And, it should be noted that if you want a view of the red rocks behind the hotel instead of a view of the road, you have to book a double queen room instead of a king. I asked for a view but they told me that wasn't possible with a king bed and that they couldn't change my reservation because i booked through hotels.com so that kind of sucked. "
