"Our room at Casa 1810 Centro was nice but there was construction noise directly behind our room which started at 8 AM and usually lasted till 6:00 PM. The staff was great and offered us another room at sister hotel Casa 1810 Parque. This move was a disaster!! Room 303 at Casa 1810 Parque was below a party room where they were always moving furniture, plants, metal chairs, etc. Turned out to be a nightmare until 11 PM almost every night. The staff at Casa 1810 Parque did their best to accommodate us and was very apologetic for the noise. "

"Beautiful place with immaculate view the check in was super everyone was so polite and greeted us so kindly when we arrived gave us clear instructions on how to use the wifi and get in our condo the place was so nicely put together with all your basic necessities and toiletries everything was so clean and organized as well the location is perfect! Walking distance to restaurants and the cathedral i would 1000% recommend and will definitely come back "

"I was unable to cancel my reservation. I called the hotel and they told me I had to cancel with Hoitels.com oe Expedia. I sent emails to both without success. I have to blame Expedia/Hotels. com. Hence my evaluation with a a single star. The hotel itselkf may be OK"
