The staff was excellent ad well as the cleanliness of the rooms & outside. My only complaint would be the size of the tv ( very small) & the pool not being open until the last day we were there The pool had been closed but the young man at the front desk worked hard to get it opened for us The last day which i appreciated his efforts

There was a problem with our booking (not hotel's fault but due to booking site). This was handled with patience, helpfulness and courteousness. The staff made an exceptional effort to sort things out. Our room was clean and comfortable.

This is the only Wyndham Hotel we have ever stayed that has requested a $100.00 security deposit. Will not stay here ever again.

They charged my card before arrival then added additional fee on hold for unknown charges when in room I took pictures of everything due to a feeling they were going to use any excuse to keep the fee Went and checked out asked for receipt and he gave me the receipt of the fee pending back to my account . Upon leaving I said they might think about having better housekeeping before worrying about tacking extra charges on others account . I was in my car the young man walked out flipped me off and went back in and charged my card again for fee that is theft considering they refunded the hold money.

Bad service scam attendants at Hotel
I did not stay. They said there were no more pet friendly rooms unlezs we paid an additional $100! That's a $45 pet deposit + $100, which they said was refundable. My husband questioned the attendant why suddenly if we pay an extra $100 there is a room available. We left and they said we would not be charged since we didn't check in.

HOTEL HORRIBLE!!!
There was cockroaches in my room, in one months time they changed my sheets once and that was with stained sheets, when I I brought these things to their attention instead of fixing anything bad with my stay they asked me to leave the property. The best thing was they stole one of my personal towels that had a stain on it, and then charged me $30 dollars for my own towel saying it was their’s….. highly recommend NOT STAYING HERE?!!!!

Stayed there for 8 nights. The heavy-accented and difficult to understand employee at front desk was not cordial, wearing a hoodie all the time, would not even say hello to guests. Breakfast would not start until several minutes after 7:00 am. Room service was simply changing towels in the bathroom, no cleaning involved.

Was surprised to find to lobby closed at 4:30 pm and had to use the night check in. I hope it is open in AM for breakfast or I am going to be upset.

A simple delight…

People yelling and cursing outside our room at 2am and limited parking. Had to park on back side of dimly lit building and was up several times during the night to go check our car to make sure nobody was breaking into it. Continental breakfast was very minimal.

New Year’s Eve stay!
The room was quiet, barely heard the fireworks, big plus.My room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Didn’t take time for breakfast but the coffee aroma was inviting. The checkout associate was friendly, night and day shifts. I recommend highly.

Very clean. Proprietor nice- he had me on the 2nd fl, but when I told him I had a bum knee, he found a room on ground floor.

ACCIDENTALLY BOOKED THE WRONG ROOM. WORKER WAS RUDE AFTER HE TOLD ME I HAD TO GET REFUND THROUGH EXPEDIA HE ENDED UP GOING BEHIND MY BACK TELLING THEM NOT TO REFUND AFTER I EXPLAINED I DID NOT HAVE THE MONEY FOR A DEPOSIT ONLY THIS ROOM ASKS FOR SO I ENDED UP SLEEPING IN THE COLD WITH MY BABY!!!! I STILL NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND FROM THEM!!
