"Difficult to get to but worth the trip. We took El Chepe to Bauchivo from Creel and they picked us up when we arrived to transport to the hotel. The place was very comfortable with spectacular views of the Rick formations above. Food was great, staff were very accommodating. Someone in your group should speak Spanish. Highly reccomend!!"

"No me devolvieron mi dinero de un servicio que no me dieron. Pague un total de $6350 por 9 comidas, 2 tours al mirador, 2 caminatas a la cascada y 2 visitas viñedo que al final me inventaron una serie de pretextos para no dármelo , argumentando que me devolverían mi dinero.
