The bathroom was not clean. The mirror was dirty and had fingerprints on it. The shower still had a previous guests hair in the shower. I have photos.

Pala Casino Spa And Resort
Clean room, comfortable bed, decent ac. There's some wear to the wardrobe and the bathroom but overall its spacious and clean. Staff was helpful. I can't rate the pool and gym bc those were closed during our stay.

The screen door on balcony was broken as was a panel on the front side of the bar counter top. It was a long walk to the front desk. They need more luggage carts.
