"The room we stayed in 316 had a fan that was threatening to fall off the ceiling, a missing handle with screws exposed in the washroom, paint bubbled and cracked, despite it being a non-smoking room there was nicotine dripping from the ceiling in the washroom. But the staff were diligent about keeping the garbage bins empty and your room tidy. The staff was also very kind at the front desk. Definitely just a thing of more TLC is needed for this place. The spot is not bad in terms of you are close to multiple restaurants and bus stops so you can easily get to point A to point B. Also beware the hanging wall socket beside the bed (it needs to be reattached properly)"
