Saltwater pool and hottub, A great 1Br place with One King, a built in bunk and a sleeper queen couch sleeping 6 people very comfortably. Dogs are allowed no questions asked if you let me know that it is a service dog. There is a $175 charge (per my cleaning contract) that I cannot waive. The platform does not have a way to charge for that so please Venmo me to @kpreble. Also, please please make sure you get permission for a late checkout. We have to charge $500 if you are more than an hour late without getting approval.

5 Star Location…2 Star accommodations. We loved the location to everything in town. Very convenient. The unit itself is run down and in need of repairs which I’m sure we are not the first to bring to their attention. The user manual has no additional information than the check in instructions. TV instructions wouldBe helpful. Messages sent were responded to quickly so we appreciated that. They fail to mention in the listing or in a separate message that the building has roof repairs going on which made for limited parking due to construction equipment. Also, the road to the property is blocked off and under construction so we had a tricky time on arrival. A heads up on that would have been appreciated This was the most reasonable place to stay for our dates in Telluride and we know why. Next time we’d choose another property

Great Location!

The property location was ideal. We could walk to restaurants and enjoyed the river trail right near the property. We had a short drive to beautiful hiking trails. Although it does sleep five-six, there was not complete privacy between sleeping areas. It is on the small side, but worked for our family since we were on the go most of the time.
