Petite Maison: Hip & Historic

As central as it gets with a hip and historic vibe, Petit Maison puts you in the heart of Telluride! This historic crib house has been lovingly restored to provide an idyllic basecamp from which to explore and enjoy our mountains & main street. This standalone home in the center of town includes a full bedroom & full bath in addition to a massive bedroom-style loft with a full living room and kitchen below. Enjoy vaulted ceilings and windows on every aspect with a location that has you steps to skiing, hiking and happy hour!

THE SPACE:

Cute meets cozy meets convenient in this adorable Telluride cottage! Vaulted ceilings above and refinished original wood floors below create an ideal basecamp from which to enjoy mountain town living at its finest! Spread over to levels with a large bedroom loft looking down over a living and kitchen area, this small space packs a big punch! There is a private bedroom on the ground level with ample closet space, a full bathroom with tub/shower combo and a stacked washer and dryer. There is a bricked outdoor courtyard area with cafe seating to enjoy morning coffees and Apre' cocktails! Private off street parking AND permit parking for the surrounding neighborhood both available to guest.
