Best house ever

We absolutely loved elk lake lodge. The house was stunning and the views of the mountains from almost every window were breathtaking. The walk to the gondola was quick and peaceful and again the views while walking are unmatched. The house has everything you need and provides so much peace and tranquility. We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back. James family

A Perfect Introduction to Telluride!

This trip marked an unforgettable milestone as our first adventure to Colorado beyond a work journey for my husband, and it exceeded every expectation in the most delightful way! The house was beautifully decorated and maintained, boasting 5-star amenities from the plush linens to the shower products. It was definitely designed for multiple families, but also allowed moments of solitude. The views were nothing short of breathtaking with multiple outdoor seating areas to enjoy. Just a short stroll to the gondolas and market for effortless grocery shopping, and while there were countless charming local activities to explore, the house truly became our haven, making it challenging to venture out. Our children adored the house and hot tub just as much as the complimentary gondola rides. We created memories that will last a lifetime. Without a doubt, we will return again and again!

Unbeatable location, luxurious and comfortable details, all the amenities you need and more!

We couldn’t have had a better place to stay for our needs this summer. The ~5 minute walk to the gondola was amazing for us and our youngsters, aged 5 and 8. We loved getting quick access to the market, mountain, and the town of Telluride. Even on the return home, with the mountains to our back, the semi private lake where the home calmly sits was a site to take in! The adventurous days didn’t end once settled at the home. Our kids, and adults, loved to play pool, board/card games on the porch, and relax with a hot tub dip taking in the beautiful Telluride mountain scenery! When it was time to settle into bedrooms the high-end finishes, art/thoughtful decor, and quality beddings were a joy! We traveled with another family with 2 kids, and the house worked great for this! It is set up with two primaries, all other bedrooms are en suites too, and some have their own outside entrances- great when traveling with multiple families/couples. The hosts were always very responsive, and they have local management companies that drop by if necessary. I can not recommend this place enough! We will definitely return, and I’m sure you will too!
