Overall, our stay was good. The pillows and bed were not comfortable and could use a nice upgrade. The location is great and communication was great too.

Great location, great view, great feel
This 1 bedroom condo was great-- stylish decor, comfortable setting, so convenient. The ski locker made it easy to store skis. I only wish the kitchenette would have been more than a microwave; cooking a few meals would have been much better than spending more on restaurant meals. The view and location to the gondolas couldn't be beat. Thank you for sharing your home
everything was nice . Only little thing regarding the laundry .. someone left clothing for about 24 hours.

Perfect for 2, great location!
We make it out to Telluride once a year and this is the first time we’ve used VRBO versus a traditional hotel/lodge. The location could not have been more perfect, with easy access to the gondola and restaurants in Mountain Village. We loved watching the sunset on the snow capped peaks from the patio! The condo is great for a couple, the spiral staircase to the lofted bedroom is so FUN, and it was truly a relaxing little oasis to come back to after a long day of hiking. All arrival instructions were very clear, and we had absolutely no issue finding our way into the condo. Thanks for letting us stay, we will definitely be back!
Other than the neighboring renter having taken over our rental before we arrived, it was a great stay. Jean Flynn did a great job getting them out and having a cleaning crew quickly re-clean the condo.
Heads up that there is no paddle lock on the ski locker.
Nice condo, good location and great view.
Room was a great location within walking distance to everything in mountain Village. However, the master (main) bed in the loft was terrible. After sleeping on a severely tilted mattress for one night with my husband , I resorted to the pull out couch(which was very comfortable) with my son the rest of the trip. I think we finally figured out the mattress didn’t fit the frame. Regardless of the cause, when you ski all day every day for 5 days you want and need good sleep. Otherwise, we were content with the accommodations.
Perfect location, steps from the slopes & restaurants. Condo is very small, there were only two of us & I can’t imagine more people in a unit.
Large windows many of them without window covering so make sure to bring an eye mask because it gets super bright in the morning.
I didn’t realize that parking spot wasn’t included, we had to park few blocks away & pay $35 per day. I guess for the price they charge per night, it’s no wonder I just wish I knew beforehand. That being said, property management company was available & responded to all the questions we had.
My family stayed at Blue Mesa Lodge for 3 nights this summer. The place was very clean and had everything my family needed. The location is right in Mountain Village with a plethora of activities and near the gondula which can you into Telluride. I would highly recommend this place for small families!
We had a wonderful time, during out stay inTelluride. We wish we had planned ahead a bit more and would have done some more excursions. Parking is horrible and expensive.
The property was in a great location….close to the gondola that took us wherever we needed to go. However, the space itself was very small and definitely too cramped for myself, husband and two teens. There was hardly any room to put our suitcases without stepping over this or that. My teen girls said the pull out couch was terrible and led to sleepless nights.
The condo was perfect for a couples getaway! I wouldn’t recommend having more than two people stay. Perfect location with a short walk to the gondola to go to downtown Telluride. Highly recommend this place :)
Oh my gosh, we loved just about everything about this cute little place! It was brightly lit with lots of windows, bright paint colors and cute furnishings. It had an amazing view of the mountains and of the square. It was so easy to ride the gondola down into Telluride to explore and go on hikes and then head on back up to Mountain Village. The kids love the spiral staircase and the loft best. :-) Thank you!
Loved this location, we never had to drive anywhere, easy access to the mountain and town.

Two small / Hotel like
Unit is too small for more than two persons. There was three of us and we kept bumping into each other. Kitchen is almost unusable and incomplete. The TV is too small. The sofa bed needs to be replaced. Parking is a hassle. The plus is that It is in a good location.

Cute but Not Real Functional
The condo is cute and clean however, there were many issues. The first being at check in as I already had a signed contract so I went direct to the unit as the email stated. I had no codes but I did have a parking permit. I called to see where to park and was told this condo didn't come with a space (which was advertised but why, then, did I have a permit). I was told that parking in both garages was free all day and $25 per night. Incorrect. Parking in the Heritage garage is only free for the first two hours and is $35 per night. Charlene said there was free parking in Telluride. I called the Town of Telluride to find out where the "free lot" was...they don't have one. Charlene was nice enough to email me the codes so I could get in the unit but it was VERY confusing trying to find the unit based on the emailed instructions.
Once I finally got into the unit, I thought it was quaint and efficient for my needs. However, there were two TV remote controls (one for the blue ray player and one for the TV), the TV remote was "GE" but the TV was not GE and did not work the TV, even after pressing the "TV" button. I did not watch any TV for my stay (not a big deal but there should probably be a working remote somewhere). I also went to the market and wanted to put things in the fridge, which did not work, even after adjusting it to the coldest setting. I had to throw out the refrigerated food I bought. Finally, one of the instructions for staying in the condo says to take the trash out upon departure but does not provide instruction as to where said trash needs to go.
The stairs up to the loft are VERY steep and narrow to the point where getting a suitcase up them is a challenge. I chose not to even try and just left my suitcase downstairs.
Again, this condo met my needs for the weekend but I would not stay here again.

Right for price but...
Overall adequate for price but room/furniture/amenities were nothing special. Management company was overwhelmed during spring break, the room was late being cleaned, and we couldn't check in for 1.5 hrs after check in time. Not ideal.
