"Room was clean and location is great for SCAD families. The room we were in had a few issues. The door had a huge opening at the bottom and made the room very noisy. The light in the bathroom mirror was out. The staff was great and eager to help. "

"The staff was incredible! From the valets to the bellman and the people at the front desk, everyone was so helpful and proactively asking if there was anything they could do for us. We checked out early and, even before punching in, one of the nice women directed us to the correct place to pick up our car from the valet. "

"This hotel was absolutely perfect. We loved the location, and the staff were amazing—especially Brigitte, the concierge, and Alec. Brigitte was wonderful at arranging private tour guides and securing dinner reservations. The hotel is ideally located right across from the park and within easy walking distance of the riverfront. The restaurant on the property, Saint Bibiana, was one of the best we experienced in Savannah, and our waiter, Trystan, was fantastic. The pool was a wonderful bonus, and the spa was amazing as well. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again whenever we return to Savannah. "

"We had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The location was perfect, with so much within walking distance, which made exploring easy and enjoyable. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the amenities were well maintained and very nice. The pool and gym were also very nice and added to the overall experience. Our room was spotless and comfortable, which made the stay even better. It was a great first visit to Savannah, and we would highly recommend staying here. Street parking is difficult so plan on using valet which is very convenient"

" Cleanliness was fair, room only cleaned every other day, and the breakfast was way over priced and poor quality. Road noise in our room was awful and it was somewhat small for a King room. Gym was inadequate and small. Location was good but getting to our car for trips was a cluster. Not sure I would come back. "
