This property is perfect to make your holidays a unique experience in the south of Gran Canaria.

It is ideal for families, friends, couples and business trips, as it has capacity for 4 people, 300mb Wifi fibre internet and a desk located in a bedroom with a door, ideal for teleworking. With two cosy bedrooms, the main one with double bed and desk and the second one with two single beds, which can be joined or separated as needed. It has a bathroom with shower and a nice kitchen equipped with all appliances, open to the spacious living-dining room, which has Smart TV, air conditioning and access to the pleasant terrace of the flat, where you can have breakfast while enjoying the atmosphere of the place. All this in a quiet residential complex with communal swimming pool and all the necessary services around.

Strategically located in one of the most beautiful municipalities of the island, where you can enjoy its beaches and stroll among its dunes.
