Dine al fresco at the 5-seat round table while watching the sunset. The first bedroom sleeps 2 with a double bed (140x200 cm), ceiling fan, wardrobe, and smart TV. Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), a spacious wardrobe, and a smart TV, with a full bathroom including a washer and dryer machines.

This area is one of Israel's most prestigious and sought-after locations, called Herzliya Pituah, where you enjoy peaceful surroundings while staying close to the center of attention.

Getting Around:
The apartment offers a private parking spot in the building's lot, a rare convenience for beachfront properties in Israel. Paid street parking and nearby parking lots are also available. Bus stations, just a 5-8 minute walk away, provide easy access to lines heading to Herzliya's train station in about 15 minutes.

📌 Israeli citizens are subject to an additional 17% VAT, not included in the listed price. Non-Israeli citizens must provide a photo of the B2 stay permit issued at passport control at the airport to avoid VAT.
