This is a gem in a fantastic location. Walking distance to the beach and lots of food places. Sholmi the manager goes above and beyond to make sure you are sorted and can get around. I would definitely stay here again.

It was clean but the tile floor was a little gritty with sand. Other than that, it was great. The BEST thing about the stay was the desk lady, Elene. She was an absolute delight. She went above and beyond by telling us what to visit, escorting us to our room, and other recommendations. We just loved her.

It's an ok property but being one story below ground made the yard filled with bugs and it was not pleasant. I suggest trying to find a spot with balcony, or at a higher story. Nite that there is also no washer dryer at the property and I ended up paying 180 nis for 3 loads!!!

The manager was the worst,she was very rude very old towels,no washer and dryer’s,No breakfast as they said,They charged us one more day went we gat there,They send us to Dizengoff Garden Hotel it was a nightmare very duty out side too ,human pu on the entrance my husband step on it very poor service 😪the worst service

There were large mosquitoes inside the rooms even while all doors and windows shut in basement rooms. The street where hotel is on is currently under construction and we had to walk far on broken street with suitcases to enter . No elevator . The pictures online don’t look like the real thing.

Good value, good location.

Shlomi and co were lovely and very friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to help. Our one bed apartment (Apt No 1) was a good size generally. Double room was a little on the small size but good sized living area etc. TVs and air con in both rooms. Had all the bits you would need - fridge, microwave, cooker (although kept shorting the electrics), plates, cups, etc. good sized outside area for drying clothes and having your morning coffee. The apartments were based on the lower ground - so there were about 10-15 steps down and no lift. a bit tricky with my buggy, but totally manageable. I stayed with my 2.5 year old. Location was fab. On Ben yehuda st, which is 5 minute walk to the beach. Nearby supermarket (literally across the road) and Dizengoff st with more restaurants and shops. Would stay again.

Κοντά στην παραλία του Τελ Αβίβ

Είχαμε ένα ισόγειο-ημιυπόγειο δωμάτιο. Ήταν όμορφα διακοσμημένο, άνετο και σε πολύ καλή, ασφαλή και ήσυχη τοποθεσία, μόλις λίγα μέτρα από την υπέροχη παραλία του Τελ Αβίβ. Η πρόσβαση στις πιο κεντρικές περιοχές της πόλης ήταν πανεύκολη και γρήγορη, εντός λίγων λεπτών. Οι υπεύθυνοι του καταλύματος ήταν πολύ ευγενικοί κι εξυπηρετικοί κι αντιμετώπισαν αμέσως ένα πρόβλημα που ανέκυψε.

Séjour fabuleux

Notre séjour a été exceptionnel dans cet établissement . Shlomi à la réception est une personne remarquable toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins et notamment pour réserver un taxi et attendre avec nous le tax. Le ménage réalisé tous les 3 jours est très agréable . Nous reviendrons sans hésiter dans cet établissement mais nous demanderons un appartement plus lumineux car le seul défaut de notre séjour est que l’appartement était un peu sombre. Sea Land Suites a un emplacement exceptionnel. Merci pour tout et à très bientôt

I expected that our room would more resemble the room in their photos with a reasonably spacious bedroom. That is why I selected the larger room at the higher price. The bedroom was tiny. The bed was comfortable and the little 'courtyard' was really nice. kitchen equipment is minimal.

The arrival was a comedy of errors. The keys were not in the box. When we got keys, they were the wrong ones. When the maintenance man came to help, we opened the door on an occupied unit - they had left the wrong keys. Finally, a new room and the right keys, the a/c did not work. The room was below ground. The street above is completely blocked as it is being torn up for a light rail project. Once the rail starts, I would bet the underground rooms will be very noisy.

Billederne svarer ikke til det, som man får i kælderen. Jeg var også lidt utilfreds med, at der tilsyneladende loves parkering, hvilket er et stort plus i Tel Aviv, hvor parkering er et mareridt, men når man har reserveret kommer der en mail, at der er parkering til 100 kroner pr. dag... Hvilket vil sige 200 kroner, hvis man er før og efter midnat... Så regn lige med det. Ellers er hotellet ok, og tæt på havet...

Avevo delle buone aspettative su questa struttura, che, una volta arrivato, non sono state rispettate. Premetto che la camera possiede tutte le dotazioni pubblicizzate, ovvero angolo cottura, stoviglie, cassaforte, phon per capelli, wifi, condizionatore, ecc., ma è mancata dei seguenti due aspetti fondamentali, ossia: 1) Non presenta alcuna finestra, in quanto la camera (la n° 7), così come tutta la struttura, è situata in locali interrati, aldisotto di un palazzo per civile abitazione (la struttura alberghiera è posta aldisotto della quota stradale della prospiciente Ben Yehuda street). E' presente, lungo il lato esterno della camera (la n° 7, così come presumo per tutte le altre della stessa tipologia), un piccolo infisso a soffitto, che, aprendosi a vasistas, consente una limitata aerazione dall'esterno, che è assolutamente insufficiente se si considera che le camere sono dotate di angolo cucina 2) La camera è ristrutturata, ma comunque non rispecchia, per distribuzione degli spazi, quella rappresentata nelle fotografie pubblicitarie per la stessa tipologia. A tal uopo essendo in 3 persone, ossia una coppia ed un singolo, avevo visto che le camere, seppur costituite da un ambente unico, presentavano delle separazioni che consentissero la privacy tra la zona con letto matrimoniale e quella con angolo cottura e letto singolo; nella realtà la camera si è presentata costituita da un'unica stanza con tre letti affiancati. Diciamo che è una camera doppia ad uso di 3 persone.
