Allenby street is in front of the Carmel Market, a main axis of the city, by walking you get to the beach, Gazoz beach for example.

You will find a bus station with many directions.

No need for a car you can do everything on foot, from the supermarket at the bottom of the building.

Getting Around:

The Shirut (collective cab) is 1 min walk on Allenby st. That can drop you all the way down to the Namal (Port) through Ben Yehuda, or up to Rothschild within minutes.
