O anfitrião Bar foi bastante atencioso. Primeiramente fomos direcionados a um apto que não parecia muito com as fotos disponibilizadas no site. Bar nos transferiu para outro apto melhor, mais confortável. Muito bem localizado.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man kann zu Fuß den südlichen Bereich von Tel Aviv sehr gut erlaufen. Der Manager ist sehr bemüht. Der Zustand entspricht nicht dem angegebenen Bild. Gereinigt wurde nur oberflächlich. In Ecken und hinter den nicht angeschlossenen Trockner im Bad durfte man nicht schauen. Kosmetikutensilien der Vormieter waren noch zu finden. In der Küche fehlten ein Abtropfgitter oder Geschirrhandtücher, um das abgewaschene Geschirr zu trocknen. Im Bad wäre ein Fön nicht schlecht, um sich bei einem längeren Aufenthalt in den Wintermonaten auch mal die Haare fönen zu können. Für mich stimmte das Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnis nicht.

Not what it looks like on the pics

The host was really friendly and the location of the hotel very good - close to the sea, markets etc. But the room is definitely not even close to what it looks like on the pics. It's dirty and messy, the smell in the hotel is odd and you can't even open a window without moving the bed. The air condition was really dirty but due to the weather we had to heat and got sick from the undesinfected air condition. Guess they tried to improve the rooms a bit because the lamps and doors were full with color. U can hear each single word spoken in other rooms... The walls are thin like paper. It's definitely not a place to feel comfortable or to relax after a long day.

Comodidad y buena ubicación.

Ubicación excelente, se puede llegar a pie a muchísimos puntos de interés y cuenta con muchos servicios en la misma calle. Apartamento cómodo, espacio algo reducido y estado mejorable. El wifi funciona perfecto, pero la calefacción no funcionaba bien, había algunos enchufes rotos, nevera muy ruidosa y servicio de toallas escaso. Por las fotos nos lo esperábamos más espacioso, decorado y bonito. La atención a nuestra llegada muy buena, pero el resto de instalaciones del edificio requieren de una pequeña reparación y orden.

Дешево и сердито

Очень удобное размещение отеля - в 15 минутах от моря, рядом рынок, круглосуточный супермаркет am-pm, остановка автобусная. Номера очень удобные, две раздельные комнаты, кухня, балконы. В описании номера было сказано про два двухспальных места, но по нашей просьбе два места нам разделили. Оформление комнат, мебель в прованском стиле. Вполне доброжелательные сотрудники. Из минусов, не относящихся к отелю - в 5 утра приезжал мусоровоз к соседям и громыхал мусорными баками. Еще нам сделали при бронировании скидку очень хорошую.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral (Nähe Shalom Tower), nicht weit zum Strand und Old Jaffa. Alles super gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Unterkunft sehr sauber und geräumig, alles da was man braucht.

Det er ingen resepsjon på hotellet, og vanskelig å komme i kontakt med personen som har oppgitt sitt nummer på Mail. Det var også rart opplegget at man må sende sin Mail til en person man allerede får mailer i fra. Dette for å få koden til romnummeret. Vi kom fram litt seint, og fikk ikke rom den første natten. Svært dårlig opplegg og kommunikasjon med hotellet.

Eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo Appartamento molto ben apprezzato (persino lavatrice e asciugatrice) e spazioso. Ottima posizione, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e a pochi passi dalla white city, leggermente rumoroso alla sera per via dei molti locali nelle vicinanze. Personale gentilissimo. Come da descrizione, il servizio di pulizia durante il soggiorno non è previsto.

We had a reservation for the first floor but when we arrived were put on the 2nd floor which required hauling suitcases up 5 flights of steps. As two women in their late 70s, this was both difficult and--most importantly--unexpected. The description on the website needs to make it clear that steps are many and no help is available. Furthermore, the photo on their ad bears NO resemblance to reality. This is false advertising at best

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super, 10 Minuten zum Strand, noch weniger zum Carmel Market oder Rothschild Blvd. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit, Kommunikation via WhatsApp sehr einfach. Gutes WLAN! Die Zimmer sehen leider nur ansatzweise so aus wie auf den Bildern (die Bilder wurden wirklich gut gemacht), daher ist es beim ankommen erstmal enttäuschend. Der Zustand der Zimmer ist „gebraucht“ (teilweise Wände schmutzig, Flecken auf Sofa und Couch, Steckdosen nicht richtig in der Wand). Schade, hier könnte man mit etwas Renovierung noch viel rausholen. Leider sind die Zimmer bzw. Fenster der Zimmer auch nicht gut isoliert, sodass man das Geschehen auf den Straßen hört (Autos, Menschen im Gespräch, Flugzeuge in der Nacht). Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat sollte Oropax mitnehmen. Nicht vergessen, die Unterkunft ist mitten in der Stadt. Wir sind spät (nach der eigentlichen Check in Zeit) während des Sabbat angereist und konnten durch gute Kommunikation vorab trotzdem ins Zimmer. Da die Schlafcouch kaputt war konnten wir zwei Nächte später direkt in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen. Ausdrucke und Infos zur Stadt waren auch schnell vom Personal bezogen, sie tun was sie können um den Aufenthalt besser zu machen. Man darf auch nicht dass Tel-Aviv eine teure Stadt ist, ob der Preis gerechtfertigt ist, zeigt erst ein Vergleich. Aber die Bilder sind irreführend, daher ist es erstmal enttäuschend. Ich bin aber auch nicht in der Stadt um im Hotelzimmer abzuhängen.

A great experience - best deal in the city

What an experience and what a story. The room was great, the location was beyond amazing but more than anything the service was something that barely exists. We forgot a suit in the lobby while checking out. We found out that the suit was missing at midnight. We called the hotel and even though the guy picked up the call from offsite , he made all the efforts to track the suit and make sure we can pick it up in the morning. THE BEST
