The hotel is very low level, everything in the room is the cheapest, the rooms are small, the whole hotel is on the first floor, you have to pay more for a sea view On the one hand it's good, the view of the sea is beautiful, but no one said that there is a parking lot in front of the windows The noise continued all night, even with the window closed.There is not a single hanger in the room... All the towels are very old, washed hundreds of times...There is no kettle or coffee machine... To boil water you have to go to the reception The only advantage of this hotel is that you cross the road and go straight to the beach...The staff is very nice and especially Lena

Not a 7.2 rating all a lie

This was rated a 7.2 star however this was NOT the case. First, we had to argue for parking because they wanted to charge us instead of honoring the fact that it says free parking but that wasn’t the end of it. When we got to the place the whole hotel REEKED of cigarettes and our room was no better in fact it smelled of mildew and sewage. The bedding was also dirty as there was a red stain on our pillow. In the bathroom there was no hand soap and everything just seemed old and used. The safe where we wanted to keep our valuables was also a joke as someone could have easily just carried it out. The curtains were also see through so I did not feel comfortable changing in our room and there was no blackout curtain. My fiancé and I skipped our last night stay as we both were not comfortable and did not feel safe leaving our belongings there a minute longer. It’s safe to say this was not a 7.2 rating hotel. And the pictures are a lie.

Belle chambre fraichement refaite vue mer . Un placard et qq etagères dans la salle bain manquent au confort total. La facade de l hotel gagnerait à etre relooké Un buffet petit déjeuner absent . Trés abordable .

cheap is expensive

It is not a hotel for families, other guests screamed all night and there was no soap or towels in the bathrooms, TV or air conditioning did not work

Uitstekend ligging, veel geluid.

- Ontbijt stelde niks voor! Enkel sneedjes wit brood, stukjes boter, kaas en confituur met koffie en thee was er aanwezig. Electriciteit valde weg waardoor we pas na het ontbijt koffie uit fe koffiezetapparaat konden drinken. - Heel veel geluid van rond de omgeving maar ook in hrt hotel zelf, verschillende keren ik de nacht wakker geworden van geluid opnde straat. + Vlakbij de strand. + Gratis parking iets voorbij hotel.

Сплошное разочарование...

Без лишних слов и справедливости ради нужно сказать, за эти деньги в Тель Авиве ничего лучше вы не найдёте (февраль 2020). Номера давно нуждающиеся в ремонте, фекальная вонь. В других номерах напротив стойкий запах больницы ! Парковки НЕТ ! Хоть на сайте у отеля есть такая опция. Кругом грязь, крысы, беззастенчивый обман и дикий ценник, даже по меркам Москвы. В результате сильное пищевое отравление и испорченный отдых. Учитывайте всё это в принципе при путешествии в эту "замечательную" страну. Мы лично больше туда ни ногой. В отеле из плюсов отмечу наличие какого-никакого завтрака даже в шаббат и политкорректная надпись в холле с флагами.

Good location but needs a little fresh air

Great location, so close to the Bat Yam beach and a pleasant (long but comfortable) walk to Jaffa. With only 3 spaces, free parking can be a challenge. It's a no smoking hotel, yet the hotel staff fill the hotel with smoke non-stop. Pool table needs so repairs.

Очень грязные душевые кабины. Просто противно наступать на пол. По углам, на полу грязь , которая стоит много времени . За такие деньги в Европе можно снять отель 4 звёзды с полным мини баром и идеальным номером. Могу и фото и адрес отправить для интереса . Обслуживание желает быть лучшим. На фотографиях одно а в реальности просто 4 балла из 10

Clean and good value!

PLACE IS clean and nice to have a living area lobby, where you can just chill. Bro owners-Nick and Yleb are very nice easy going stuff. Breakfast is simple and nice.

good value for family and car parking options.

We came in and the check in was smooth. they only had limited parking spaces for 3 cars.. so we had to use it in the morning. They were very warm and nice. Thank you. The room was sea view as online pics and info.

Nem pensar!!

Cheguei no “hotel“ que dizia ter estacionamento e nos mandaram estacionar na rua! E disseram que isso que era o estacionamento. Eu havia reservado o quarto de melhor categoria e me deram a chave de um quarto muito menor. O atendente foi extremamente desrespeitoso quando questionei sobre a não existência de estacionamento e disse pra irmos embora se não tínhamos gostado. E disse que ele mesmo estornaria a reserva. Para a minha surpresa nem o hotel e nem a Hotéis.com estornou a minha diária, mesmo após eu relatar todo esse transtorno. Foi minha última hospedagem com a Hotéis.com

Staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast could be better. Overall it was good choice. Easy to go to the beach. Walking to the Tel Aviv city center it's not that far, and you can reach it only walking on one street.

Gracias por permitirme opinar. El Hotel se presenta en completas ruina por fuera. No hay lobby Y me fue dificil encontrar ayuda. Finalmente presionando botones , se habrio una puerta y pude hacer contacto con una persona muy poco amable. Se me dio la habitacion ,limpia pequenia , no lo esperado . Cuando pregunte por el Parkeo se me dijo que el Hotel no ofrecia parqueo gratis en su oferta. Enfrente de el Hotel Me castigaron con un Ticket de parqueo. La persona a cargo esa noche , prometio ayudarme con la cancelacion del ticket. Bien ,Permaneci 8 noches ahi, y la limpieza de la habitacion fue mediocre.. . El Desayuno , siempre faltante de cafe , habia que hacer el reclamo , No regresare a el lugar de 1/2 estrella never. Gracias . Manuel R. Portillo. Fotos disponibles!!!

Hotel simples, para quem quiser mais conforto pague o preço, fica em uma região mais pobre mas como é de frente para a praia não se percebe muito, é um bairro que parece uma comunidade russa, ficamos em duas etapas, escolhi o hotel pelo preço e por conta do estacionamento incluso que consta no anúncio, a primeira estadia, estacionamos em frente ao hotel, mas na rua, como estávamos cansados, acabamos esquecendo de perguntar sobre o estacionamento, no dia seguinte havia uma multa, pois no estacionamento público, somente os cidadãos podem estacionar, mostramos ao recepcionista ( um rapaz loiro) que disse que turista não tinha razão mas que iria tentar cancelar a multa, nos indicou o estacionamento do hotel ( fica em uma área particular atrás do hotel, mas não é do hotel, o hotel tem apenas três vagas nesse espaço) estacionamos lá, quando saímos fizemos o check out da primeira estadia, esse mesmo rapaz disse que havia conseguido cancelar a multa, ficamos muito gratos por isso, na segunda estadia ( três dias após, pois ficamos uns dias na região do mar morto) a recepcionista ( dessa vez uma mulher loira) disse que não tinha vaga disponível no hotel e que era para estacionar na rua, no mesmo local que levamos a multa, meu marido disse que havia levado a multa, então ela deixou entrar no estacionamento, mas disse que era para retirar o carro às 19hs, sendo que turista só pode estacionar no estacionamento público entre as 22hs e 08hs, e ela havia mentido pois haviam duas vagas.
