I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanness , warm hostess , convienience , location n etc . During the time of war , their stuff did their best to make every guest feel home n comfortable ! The breakfast is amazing , their service is beyond . Definitely will come back !

Great boutique hotel in awesome location close to many shops, cafes and restaurants. Rooms are very quiet, bed was very comfortable and great bathroom and water pressure. Friendly and helpful staff.

An hotel fit for their name.

The Backstage Hotel is set in a unique building with the court yard. My stay was pleasant but it was only for 2 nights. However some of the rooms I do find it awkwardly shaped. For example I had booked for a decently sized room but I had 2 window bay areas but not a wardrobe, so I had literally nowhere to hang my clothes. In addition, although I had no problem sleeping, the main bar/restaurant is in the courtyard and all the rooms had doors facing the courtyard. In the evening it could get quite loud with the music. The bar was amazing tho with all their home-brewed liquor.

This small new boutique hotel is in a fantastic location….minutes from everything. We stayed just one night and therefore booked a standard room. We’d been travelling and wanted a relatively early night…..10.30pm. Our room was next to the bar. The music could be heard til nearly midnight. At 6am the noise was horrendous as we looked out the window and there was a building site. All in all a nice hotel with tiny standard somewhat noisy room too close to the bar. The reception staff were friendly. If returning we would book a room away from the noise and disruption. In our opinion we should have been informed

Great spot if you love history and culture!

Had a lovely time at the Backstage hotel. Staff were extremely friendly, room was very chic and clean. Breakfast was also really nice. Slight mess up with the taxi but it was all resolved easy by the hotel. Would definitely go back.

No wardrobe in room

Room didn't have a wardrobe, and price was high for off-season. Overall I don't think it's good value for money. Room had a nice design, was well kept and cleaned well though. Breakfast is also amazing.

The overall was just ok not worth the rate, three major issues: 1. Bathroom ok but very small sink no vanity or room to put your stuff. 2. Bed very short about 1.80 meters. 3. No parking and no parking agreement with local parking lots which made the parking very expensive

In one ofvthe centers of Tel Aviv, right from the check in throughout our stay the staff was very friendly and gave us the best service experience. Breakfast was delicious and had a variety of things to offer everyone from vegans, vegetarians and those who eats everything. Highly recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the hotel with my own eyes. What is remarkable is how what used to serve as a theatre in the past could be transformed into a living space with such detailed preserved features of the past harmoniously coexisting with modern touches. Breakfast was wonderful and the variety of food was splendid.

Great hotel in great location

Really beautifully done hotel in a modernist structure. Excellent breakfast in a nice lobby and comfortable rooms, if a bit small. Fantastic location close to Dizengoff.
