Staff were so polite and helpful. Everything was perfect, we loved it.

Staff was great. Fernando at the bar, Marco at the smoothies, Miguel at the seafood joint, and Usiel at the pool.

If you read a bad review about this place, take it with a grain of salt, because I can tell you this place was unreal Service: Butler - Adrain - this man will be a lifelong friend to us. He’s amazing. He took such good care of us, I became accustomed to waking up to fresh fruit and fresh coffee every morning. I got home and woke up to bills and anxiety. Thank you for making us feel so welcome Adrian. Bars: Ask Maria in the lobby for a “Maria Margarita”. You’re welcome in advance. Food: the restaurants are amazing, like fancy ass amazing. Buffet is…meh….but like, why would you go there? Snack bar was our favourite. Francisco and Santos - these guys were my favourite humans. I wish I loved my job as much as these guys love theirs. (I don’t) they were the best of the best and sang happy birthday to my wife for 3 days Rooms. They’re dated. Lots of water damage in ours - we had oceanfront swim out. The AC isn’t greaaat, but is it the AC or the hormones? We don’t know. We were Serenity club members. Do it. You deserve it. And tip everyone because they deserve it and don’t expect it.
