"The only let down was the evening bar staff. They were always busy which lead to them being rather grumpy. I travelled with 2 infirm adults but I was only allowed to get 2 drinks and had to re-queue again to get my own. "

"Overall an enjoyable trip. Hotel was as expected, generally ok /good. Staff were awesome (Nayara, Rocio, Manuel, too many to name). We booked it as THB Hotel but it's a BE LIVE Hotel, signage Infront is limited. "Unfortunately I don’t have much good to tell you. We had booked a senior suite at the resort. The first night we found out that the springs in the matresses were coming thru. So due to the poor sleep and backpain we started the vacation not in the best way. The next day the bed was replaced with a new one.
