Stock up on supplies beforehand as access in the village is limited. There are no taxis in ubud and the inclines are steep and uneven underfoot so walking is adventurous. We discovered Venya resort next door after the first day and used their restaurant twice as the villas has breakfast but no lunch or...

"My stay at Hyatt Regency Bali was truly exceptional in every way, especially for anyone looking to completely unwind and escape the pressures of work and everyday life. What I appreciated most was the peaceful atmosphere, excellent sense of security, and lack of crowds and noise, unlike Kuta and some other busy tourist areas in Bali. If your main purpose of traveling is to relax, clear your mind, and enjoy a peaceful getaway, I highly recommend this hotel. My daily routine was simple yet incredibly enjoyable, consisting of relaxing walks along the beach, enjoying the ocean views, and strolling through the nearby streets, where restaurants, cafés, and essential services are all conveniently located within walking distance. Overall, this hotel is an ideal destination for anyone seeking peace, comfort, and a genuine escape from the stress of daily life. An experience I would definitely love to repeat. Highly recommended for those who truly value relaxation and tranquility!"

"This hotel exceeded our expectations. The hotel design is remarkable. The breakfast (which came with the room) is outstanding! We wanted to look around the neighborhood but we never wanted to leave because we loved it so much! The bed and pillows are so comfy. They clean your room twice a day! The staff is so sweet and kind.
