"So so bad. I don’t know what the photos are of on the listing but the room does not match. It was terrible - holes in walls, in roof, stains everywhere, grease/mould in the bathroom and on light switches, shower scum on floors, exposed wiring, broken door handles, broken room door lock, they even had sheets covering the lobby furniture (I assume because of stains- I didn’t want to touch it). After 6pm all the lights in the halls and lobby were also off except for emergency lighting so it gave a creepy vibe. The only positive things I can say is that the night check in staff was lovely and the linens were passable. Absolutely awful, how this hotel passed inspection I will never know"

"Stayed in the Yering Suite. Nobody onsite except for one house keeping staff knew how to light the gas fire in the room. We tried to light it but turns out the pilot light was not lit. Ended up with three members of staff in the room being shown how to use it. No instructions for how to turn on the power to operate the spa bath, it was hidden inside a cupboard. No chef available so restaurant was closed. Bathroom windowsill was full of dead bugs. The bed posts were full of dust. Pool was not in operation and in a terrible state. Paying $460 for 1 night I expected better."
