"Chose this hotel after our flight was canceled. Staff was extremely welcoming. Rooms were clean,neat and well appointed. No frills but everything was very clean. Coffee/bakery area had an amazing breakfast selection. We didn’t have the buffet but looked thru the room and it looked very nice as well."

We stayed 3 nights while visiting Florence - I don’t remember all the names but stand outs include Aurora and Elizabeth and the nice lady at reception with the curly blonde hair! Also Alessandro the shuttle driver! Lovely breakfast and lovely views and comfortable bed and room. Easy access to/from Florence by booking their free shuttle or take bus with stop next to property. Appertifs and bar were a little expensive. A great and peaceful stay away from the crowds."

"The hotel was lovely Chic and cool - very spacious room i was on the 4th floor and had a Corner room. Staff are nice and friendly and work hard. The only gripe i has was that in the room there are no water bottles nor are they replenished: I think You have to ask for water and they bring to you which I Never did, i went to local supermarket and got some any way. I’ve been in 3 star hotels and water is given as standard but other wise it’s central and in walkable distance to everything. Staff are great and make you feel welcome."
