We really enjoyed the Grand Sky City - it was convenient to lots of attractions in Auckland and the casino was lively. Lots of great dining options in and around the hotel as well.

Stayed one night at Tuakau Hotel. Found blood spots on our sleepwear and later developed bites consistent with bedbugs. We raised it with the hotel, but they did not engage meaningfully or offer a proper resolution. Very disappointing hygiene and customer service.
