Not a bad deal
Decent room size, but small bathroom. Water pressure good, hot water fine, but difficult to adjust right temperature. Shower door should be fixed. Hotel nicely located in the center, but at the top of the street - not best for people who tire easily. Poor breakfast - no real coffee. Clean, reasonably quiet, very nice staff. Overall not a bad deal.

Location of Hotel is not exactly close in the proximity to the old town, but still great, if you do not mind to take about 0.5 miles hike. Breakfast was great and staff was overall friendly. We were disappointed with the host of the Hotel who asked us to move from one room to another after we stayed in the original room for 3 nights. After we refused, he told me that in this case we would need to pay extra for breakfast and the tone was not friendly et all. My wife and me were really disappointed and left Hotel two days earlier, although it was paid if full.

Top Floor Suite in Tiblisi
Decent room, walk-around terrace/patio. View not spectacular but not bad either. The bed is low to the ground, keep this in mind if your taller/older and have a bit of trouble standing from a low seated position. Staff speaks poor Russian and poor English. Be aware that communication issues might arise. Also, they treated my Armenian wife very differently from me, an American. There was a shower, but no shower curtain. More than enough hot water for both the wife and I to take showers. In the morning there was a distinct and unpleasant gas/sewer smell in the bathroom, probably coming from the floor drain.

Nice hotel for it's money
Average facilities for 3* hotel. Superior room is big and convenient. Close to central avenue, but the hotel is situated on the steep road. Friendly and helpful staff.

I was more than happy to have stayed with Lighthouse Hotel. The staff were very friendly and was always ready to assist their guests' needs.The hotel was so pleasant with very spacious rooms that are cleaned everyday.Would recommend this hotel to my friends.I LOVE GEORGIA

Decently priced option
Staff is attentive. It was annoying to smell cigarette smoke on the lobby and the stairs. The studio room is really ample, I would say it only lacks a fridge; and the other issue is that to get to it you have to go through three flights of narrow stairs. The lack of fridge is compensated with the fact that there is a 24/7 Spar supermarket around the corner (and prices will feel very cheap for the first-world travellers). Breakfast is a little limited in variety but generally ok, if you can deal with the fact (common in Georgia, it seems) that it runs from 9 to 12. The location is a little off, it is a 10 minute walk to the Rustavelli metro station, which can feel long in the Summer heat. "Free parking" is advertised, which means that you can park in the regular spots on the street if they happen to be free. Wifi was good.

Good hotel, good choise
Hotel is in centr, near one of main streets , but it's really queit place. No noise, no traffic sound. Very polite and kind stuff works there. Good breakfast and comfortable bed.

No elevator-- narrow funky stairs to navigate with luggage. Room smelled of smoke, staff just opened the window, letting street noise in. Very old and quaint hotel with small bathroom.

Amazing stay in Light House City Center
I had a wonderful stay in Light House City Center. It seems the best cost benefit in Tbilisi as it has a very good price and it is very well maintained hotel, cleaned rooms, with an extremely helpful and friendly staff, including a nice breakfast... The location is also not bad, walk distance for most of the sightseeing.

Warm Stay at good price.
Very warm stay. We felt we got a the warm Georgian treatment with a staff that had been trained to help us. They understood our needs about tours and getting around and were very helpful. For a hotel this price was good.

Good deal in a good location.
We were impressed with the Light House. It was the cheapest place we could find in Tbilisi on Expedia, but was really nice. The room was large and clean. The couch and bed were comfy. The bathroom was nice, although the first night, the shower drained slowly. After the room had been cleaned, it worked fine. The staff was nice, but the fee for transport from the airport is $20, not 20 lari as indicated. Most of all, it's priced comparatively with places that aren't quite as nice.

Very helpful manager/owner.
The staff, management and owner were excellent. Immediately after I booked the room on hotels.com, I received a welcome email from the owner who arranged for an airport pick-up. The staff and management responded to each of my emails. Within 15 minutes of sending an email they responded, around the clock. This was incredibly helpful as I was contacting them from the US and had never visited Georgia before. I highly recommend this hotel, particularly for those new to Tbilisi.

מלון נחמד לבסיס יצאיה לטיולים
מלון 3 כוכבים נחמד מאוד. מרחק 1 קמ הליכה ממרכז העיר. סביר למי שמחפש לילה אחד או שניים להתארגנות בטביליסי. לא מלון מפנק, מאוד פשוט מתאים למי שמחפש מקום לשים את הראש בלילה בחדר מרווח ונעים. עם מקלחת טובה וארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד.

Nice hotel, not in the main tourist areas, but a nice and quiet neighbourhood. Walking distance to the city center and about twenty minutes walk to the Old Town. Very nice and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay.

Отель приятный. Отличный завтрак, домашний шведский стол, все свежее и вкусное. В номере холодновато, поддувает из окон. Не смертельно, но все таки не приятный момент. В остальном качество, для своей цены, на высоте.

Kun få timars opphald. Greitt for den slags bruk, men svært lite rom for langtidsopphald. Svært god og variert frukost, hyggelege tilsette, men nattevakt var ikkje veldig stødig i engelsk.

最上階の部屋でした。エレベータはありません。 ホテルの部屋は清潔で、値段も手頃・安価で、ビジネスホテルとして使用するには、 よいのではないかと思います。 お風呂の湯の温度はややぬるいときもありました。

TIFLIS Hotel / Pension mit sehr viel Herz!
Liebevoll geführtes Hotel bzw. eher Pension. Man fühlt sich wie bei Freunden daheim. Großen Komfort darf man nicht erwarten (unbequemes Bett/Matraze) aber sonst stimmt alles. Liebe Menschen, die einem immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen. Ich habe dort auf Russisch gesprochen, weiß aber dass zumindest eine Mitarbeiterin sehr gut Deutsch spricht. Ein Bus (10 Meter entfernt) fährt direkt die Innenstadt an, also super Anbindung!Wir haben einen schönen Aufenthalt gehabt und uns wohl gefühlt!!! DANKE :-)
