"I had a really good stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, the food was enjoyable, and the facilities worked well. A big thank you to Ahmet Bey in customer relations for all his help – he assisted with everything I needed. I’d stay here again.
Hotel shortcomings; it was difficult to visit our friends staying at another hotel in the same group. You had to ask permission every time. You had to return to the hotel to get water from the playground."

"Melissa at reception was extremely helpful and welcoming. Our checkout time was 12pm, and as our driver was not picking us up until 1pm, the hotel kindly allowed my family and other guests who checked out that day to stay and enjoy lunch, which we really appreciated. The indoor pool, spa, and Turkish hammam bath were excellent and very relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable overall. The food was very good but it would have been even better with more options for children. Overall, a fantastic experience and great value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return."
