Beautiful 5 br 3+ bath waterfront home beside Tay River in Perth, the perfect waterfront retreat to fish, boat, light bonfires, and relax with friends. Included are non motorized boats (2 Pedal Boats, Aluminum Fishing Boat, Canoe) Children's Zipline (with parental supervision), Fire Pit, 2 Pool Tables, Tennis Table, Smart TV with Netflix and Wi-Fi. A fully equipped kitchen, and Propane BBQ are available. Beddings, blankets, and towels are provided. Large deck and backyard with Gazebo. Driveway has plenty of parking with EV charging station. 5 min. drive to town proper for amenities, Stewart Park and other tourist spots. An hour drive to Parliament Bldg. in Ottawa

Awesome house and property. Tons of room and beds and lots of space. Also lots of things to do.

Terrible

The place was a mess. Cleaning was never done and promised refund never sent. Left over food and fishing worms in fridge, rice maker. Clothes in dryer. Garbage, dirty bathrooms.Had to search other apt for towels, and make beds. Cutlery for only 3. Septic venting a problem due to odour from drains downstairs. Aside from all that, plenty of room, good TV and internet. Unable to contact anyone about refund!!! Is it VRBO or host’s responsibility? Who and how do I contact?
