"The place was amazing and Rachel was very accommodating and responsive, even helping us with luggage to and from. The location was perfect. We were a group of 7 (4 adults and 3 children) and we had plenty of space. At the house, most of our time spent was outdoors because the pool and patios were so amazing. There was so much charm and attention to detail of all the furnishings and decor. The house was well stocked with towels, toys, drinking water, even sunscreen. We would absolutely recommend anyone considering a trip to the Caribbean check out Spanish Wells and specifically this listing... we booked a return trip next year within days of checking out!"

"The pool furniture was in disrepair and everything at the resort looked like it was very old/falling apart. The upstairs bedroom was carpeted and the carpet is very old and smelly and musty. The bedding was very old and the furniture was also very worn/old. The supplies in the kitchen looked like they were found at a garage sale. For the very high price tag I would not stay there again unless the whole place got a refresh. "

"The house was great, perfect size and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach, where a table, chairs, and kayak were available for use. It was nice to have an umbrella provided and plenty of beach towels as well. The beach is beautiful!We enjoyed having a grill to use to cook fresh fish and lobster. "
