"We had a wonderful stay at Quintinha da Fox, Patricia and Antonio were lovely hosts. There was a slight problem with bookings and they allowed us to stay in their own room, while they stayed overnight at friends, this was so gracious of them, their room was lovely! The patio area and pool were also lovely, so relaxing, and the breakfasts were delicious, slightly different each day, with fruit from their gardens. They are located between Tavira and St Luzia, 15 minutes and 10 minutes walk...

"Cute set up, and nice rooftop deck. It’s about 10K west of Tavira but we had a car so was fine for us. Easy access to a beautiful area of quaint towns and spectacular beaches. Seeing wild Flamingos were a bonus!"

"We were 4 seniors and we thoroughly enjoyed staying in Jose’s house. We could walk everywhere. The house was clean, nicely decorated and equiped with all the amenities you could possibly want. It is certainly one of the top vacation rentals we have had. The only negative is that you can’t park a car at the unit. We knew that it in advance and took Jose’s advise on where to park, which worked out well and was less than 5 minute walk. Would highly recommend."

"Spacious and spotless with all the facilities needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Good location to explore the local area and only a short walk to the seafront. Nice little bar, cafe right next to apartment and also a good little restaurant that is handy for an evening meal, very friendly and kid friendly. Overall, highly recommended and Cabanas is a gem of a beach and the restaurants are excellent!"

"Overall, the property was great for eight adults, with a private pool, and lots of indoor and outdoor space. We were surprised that the rooms with twin beds had only one twin bed, with a trundle bed on the floor, which may be awkward for some adults. There were some issues with the washing machine, so a house manual with instructions for appliances, - as well as maps and reccos for nearby shops and restaurants - would be useful."

"The property had a lot of common areas that were spacious and easy to meet up with friends. The staff were friendly and helpful, We had dinner at the restaurant and it was great! Love the history preserved in the building!"

"Exceeded all our expectations. Excellent on site restaurant, beautiful pool, great interior design and very clean site. For my birthday, the staff put in our room a bottle of sparkling wine on ice. Very nice touch and very much appreciated. "

"This was a return visit. I enjoy the spa facilities particularly and easy access to tge centre of Tavira. Access to the local beach by ferry is very important to me as i enjoy the long walks and solitude."
