1. Guest Check-In Form: All guests over the age of 18 are required to fill out a check-in form with their ID, name, and phone number details.

These steps help us maintain the luxurious standards of our exclusive properties and ensure a fantastic experience for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in keeping our community secure and enjoyable!

Additional House Rules:

No Parties or Events: Unless pre-approved by the host.

Quiet Hours: No loud music after 9 PM (Monday–Thursday) and after 12 AM (Friday–Sunday).

No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

No Additional Guests: Only registered guests are allowed unless approved by the host.

Parking: There is a two-car limit on the property. If you need to bring more vehicles, please ask for the host’s permission.

Trash & Recycling: Guests must place trash and recycling bins out on scheduled days. A $200 fee may apply for missed pickups.

Respect for Neighbors: Please be mindful of our neighbors and keep communal areas tidy.

Outstanding view of water. Great decks upstairs and downstairs. Decks adjacent to water. Great views from living room and kitchen. Fully equipped, just bring your food. Apartment as described. Exceeded our expectations

Great place!!!

This was an awesome place! The host was great making sure everything was taken care of and the place was a very relaxing and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this as your pick in the Keys!
