"Resort was very good. However, my unit had roaches in the dresser's drawers and one of the bathroom's toilet was very dirty.I requested a change of the unit, which they did. No roaches, bathrooms were cleaned but bedding smell bad. We requested mgmt to bring us other sets which they did after a while."

We were not given check-in details until a couple of hours before arrival, so that, combined with the AI sounding correspondence, we feared that we had been scammed. We were not told how to find the apartment in the building, or what number it was.
