"This hotel exceeded my expectations. You feel welcomed from the start, very friendly staff. It is a quiet place for families and retirees, not for party folks. "After reading all reviews I was apprehensive about the hotel but I don't regret booking here. Room was huge, great view, staff were soooo friendly and amazing. Great variety of food and some of them were amazing, other ones could improve. Sangria was excellent. Only negative thing was the Cocktails that can be better. Activities every night for kids and adults. Pool was great although the big one with the slides was with sea water, my kids didnt like that."

"The hotel is pretty outstanding visually. It really is like being transported to a tropical paradise.Great views and the size of the room was great. There was a really good pool for our toddler too. Great choice of food at the buffet. I was initially concerned about the price of drinks but they weren't too bad. We did also get water at breakfast and in the room with the Unique package. One of the toddler pools was not working and there were works going on during our stay The music at night from the bands/shows could be pretty loud and hard to sleep at times The British tv channels do not work, apparently this is a bigger problem than the hotel and not a big deal but it would have been good to have been informed about this at check in I was encouraged to check in in advance but I can't see how this saved any time upon arrival as I had to do it all again I'm listing all of these things although minor as these are the things that would make it an all round 5 star experience."
