"A very nice property right on the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful and a very nice breakfast was included. Rental of umbrella and two beach chairs was a little steep at 15 euros, but, hey, it's a touristy location. We really enjoyed it. Only down side was driving downtown. Drivers are crazy! "

There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. "The Place is near to the sea and right next to a bus station. There is a good restaurant and a few lilttle bars aswell. Lorenzo is really a nice host and he cares about. The breakfast he made was one of the best i had after 8 weeks of travelling. In general he let you feel very welcome and is easy to talk to. The Room and bathroom is very nice and clean. You have plenty of space.
One thing what didnt worked out that well was the wifi downstairs. There is no connection. Expect of this its perfect...
"Stayed here for almost two weeks and couldn’t have picked a better spot. Villa Princi was clean, quiet, and really comfortable. Easy to get around and in a great location for exploring both Calabria and Sicily. I actually spent the first 5 days driving around Sicily.
The host was incredibly helpful. She gave me dining tips, pointed me to legit olive oil spots, and had some nice pastries and even some eggs if requested. Breakfast was perfect for me.

It’s next to a main road but we can’t hear anything in the room. The room is simple but super super clean and well maintained. Comes with very clean toilet and shower. Mini fridge. She was so welcoming and helpful! "We had only one night to stay in this hotel that seemed to be a five star in old days on our way back to Rome. Our room was very clean and spacious with a very nice view of the sea. The cleaning ladies help us feel very welcome. They are super lovely towards us. Even though there was
